Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan sejauh mana kompetensi organisasi anggota organisasi Karang Taruna di wilayah Kelurahan Kebon Pala, Makasar, Jakarta Timur, berdasarkan pengetahuan tentang organisasi, keterampilan dalam berorganisasi, dan sikap dalam berorganisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Penelitian dilakukan di tiap sekeretariat Karang Taruna RW di wilayah Kelurahan Kebon Pala dan berlangsung selama 2 bulan, dihitung sejak bulan Juni hingga Juli 2017. Responden penelitian ini yaitu 2 anggota Karang Taruna, 1 Pengurus RW, dan 1 warga dari tiap RW di Kelurahan Kebon Pala. Data pada penelitian diambil dengan penyebaran angket, data yang didapat dianalisis sehingga diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kompetensi organisasi yang dimilki oleh anggota Karang Taruna di wilayah Kelurahan Kebon Pala, Makasar, Jakarta Timur yang meliputi tiga indikator utama berupa pengetahuan, keterampilan, juga sikap sudah cukup baik. Namun, masih terdapat beberapa sub indikator dari tiap indikator utama yang masih kurang atau belum dimiliki anggota, terutama pada indikator keterampilan dalam berorganisasi. This study aims to describe the extent of organizational competence of member organization of Karang Taruna in Kelurahan Kebon Pala, Makasar, East Jakarta, based on knowledge about organization, organizational skills, and attitude in organization. This research uses quantitative approach with survey method. The study was conducted in each Karang Taruna secretariat in Kelurahan Kebon Pala and lasted for two months, calculated from June to July 2017. Respondents of this research are two members of Karang Taruna, 1 RW administrator, and one people from each RW in Kelurahan Kebon Pala. The data collected in this research were taken by questionnaire, the data obtained were analyzed in order to obtain the conclusion that the competence of the organization that is owned by a Karang Taruna member in the area of Kelurahan Kebon Pala, Makasar, East Jakarta, which includes three main indicators in the form of knowledge, skills, as well as the attitude has been good enough. However, there are still several sub indicators of each major indicator that are still lacking or not owned by members of Karang Taruna, especially in the organizational skills indicators.
