Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui program pembinaan disiplin pegawai yang ada di Direktorat Pembinaan Guru Pendidikan Dasar, Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Indonesia. Dalam penelitian mengenai pembinaan disiplin pegawai berfokus pada perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Wawancara dilakukan kepada Informan Kunci yaitu Kapala Sub Bagian Tata Usaha dan didukung oleh informan pendukung yaitu para staff tata usaha. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembinaan disiplin pegawai di Direktorat Pembinaan Guru Pendidikan Dasar, Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Indonesia meliputi: 1) Perencanaan pembinaan disiplin pegawai bentuk kegiatan pembinaan berupa sosialisasi Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 53 Tahun 2010. Perencanaan sudah dilakukan setahun sebelum acara tersebut dijalankan, 2) Pelaksanaan sosialisasi PP Nomor 53 Tahun 2010 dilakukan di luar kantor seperti menggunakan fasilitas pemerintah. Bisa juga dilakukan diluar fasilitas pemerintah, 3) Evaluasi disiplin pegawai dilihat dari absensi pegawai dan Standar Kinerja Pegawai (SKP). This research aims to know the program construction of the discipline of employees that is in the Directorate of construction of Teachers of basic education, Ministry of education and culture of Indonesia. In the research on the construction of the discipline of employees focusing on the planning, implementation and evaluation. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Key Informant Interviews were conducted to IE as early as The Sub sections and informer backed by supporters, namely the administrative staff. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and study the documentation. The data obtained were analyzed in qualitative descriptive. The results showed that the construction of the discipline of employees in the Directorate of construction of Teachers of basic education, Ministry of education and culture of Indonesia includes: 1) Planning the construction of the discipline of employee activity forms the construction form of socialization of government regulation Number 53 of the year 2010. The planning was done a year before the event starts, 2) implementation of Number 53 PP socialization of the year 2010 is done outside of the Office such as the use of Government facilities. Can also be done outside Government facilities, 3) evaluation of employee discipline employee absences and viewed from performance standards Officer (SKP).
