Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan permasalahan utama, yaitu kurangnya sumber yang dapat digunakan guru BK dalam memberikan layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling karir. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar berupa modul informasi karir untuk peserta didik kelas X jurusan Teknik Kendaraan Ringan (TKR) di SMK Negeri 26 Jakarta yang diharapkan dapat membantu peserta didik mencapai kematangan karir. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Research and Development (R & D) dengan melalui 5 dari 10 tahapan penelitian yang dikemukakan oleh Sugiyono. Peneliti melakukan pungumpulan data analisis kebutuhan dengan beberapa teknik, yaitu wawancara dan kuesioner. Kompetensi-kompetensi yang terdapat dalam modul diambil dari beberapa teori yang mengemukakan mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kematangan karir. Uji validasi pada penelitian ini dilakukan oleh 3 validator, yaitu ahli media, ahli materi dan guru BK. Peneliti juga melakukan pengujian keefektifan pada subjek calon pengguna yaitu peserta didik kelas X jurusan TKR dengan responden sebanyak 8 orang. Dengan demikian, simpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa modul informasi karir yang dikembangkan dapat digunakan untuk memudahkan guru dalam memberikan layanan BK karir di sekolah. This research was conducted with the main issues, namely due to the lack of resources that can be used by school counselors in providing career guidance and counseling services. The purpose of this research is to produce teaching materials in the form of career information module for 10th grade students of Vehicle Engineering department at SMK Negeri 26 Jakarta are expected to help learners achieve career maturity. The method used in the study is the Research and Development (R & D) through 5 of 10 stages of research suggested by Sugiyono. Researchers conducted the data collection with several techniques, ie interviews and questionnaires. Competencies contained in the modules taken from some of the theories put forward about the factors that affect career maturity. The validation test in this study conducted by 3 validator, which is media experts, subject matter experts and school counselors. Researchers also tested the effectiveness of the subject of future users which is 10th grade students of Vehicle Engineering department at SMK Negeri 26 Jakarta with respondents as many as 8 people. Thus, the conclusion from this research is that this career information modules can be used to facilitate school counselors in providing career guidance and counseling services at the school.
