Abstract

Penelitian yang berjudul Pengelolaan Sarana dan Prasarana Pendidikan Dalam Implementasi Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah di SMA Islam Al-Azhar Kelapa Gading Jakarta Utara bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memperoleh data empiris mengenai perencanaan Sarana dan prasarana, pengadaan sarana dan prasarana, dan pengawasan sarana dan prasarana. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Juni hingga Agustus 2017 menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode snowball. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahap reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi data. Pemeriksaan dan pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan melalui tahap kredibilitas data, transferabilitas, dependabilitas dan konformabilitas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data penelitian dapat dipaparkan bahwa sekolah melakukan manajemen kurikulum dimulai dari perencanaan sarana dan prasarana yang dilaksanakan sebelum tahun ajaran baru berlansung, melalui rapat kerja sekolah yang dibagi menjadi beberapa rapat kerja berdasarkan tingkatnya yaitu raker yayasan, perguruan dan sekolah. Sebelum diadakan raker, sekolah melaksanakan monitoring keliling untuk membuat inventarisasi. Tahapan perencanaan sarana dan prasaran dimulai dari membuat analisis kebutuhan (need assessment), seleksi rencana kebutuhan, skala prioritas, dan menyusun anggaran. Realisasi pengadaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan di SMA Islam Al Azhar Kelapa Gading berdasarkan barang. The research entitled Management of Infrastructures and Education In Implementation of School Based Management in SMA Islam Al-Azhar Kelapa Gading North Jakarta aims to know and obtain empirical data on the planning of facilities and infrastructure, procurement of facilities and infrastructure, and supervision of facilities and infrastructure. The study was conducted from June to August 2017 using a qualitative approach with descriptive analytical method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Data analysis is done through data reduction, data display, and data verification. Checking and checking the validity of data is done through the stages of data credibility, transferability, dependability and conformability. Based on the results of research and analysis of research data can be exposed that the school conducts curriculum management starting from the planning of facilities and infrastructure implemented before the new school year, through school workshops divided into several work meetings based on the level of foundations, colleges and schools. Before the meeting was held, the school conducted a mobile monitoring to make an inventory. Stages of facilities and infrastructure planning starts from making needs analysis (need assessment), selection plan needs, priority scale, and budget. Actual procurement of educational facilities and infrastructure in SMA Islam Al Azhar Kelapa Gading based on goods.
