Abstract

Penelitian yang berjudul Pengelolaan Kurikulum Dalam Implementasi Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah di SMA Islam Al-Azhar Kelapa Gading Jakarta Utara bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memperoleh data empiris mengenai perencanaan kurikulum, pelaksanaan kurikulum dan evaluasi kurikulum. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Maret hingga Juni 2017 menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analitik. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahap reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi data. Pemeriksaan dan pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan melalui tahap kredibilitas data, transferabilitas, dependabilitas dan konformabilitas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data penelitian dapat dipaparkan bahwa sekolah melakukan manajemen kurikulum dimulai dari perencanaan kurikulum yang dilaksanakan sebelum tahun ajaran baru berlansung, rapat kerja dikelompokan menjadi beberapa tingkat yaitu rapat kerja yayasan pusat, perguruan dan sekolah. Tahapan perencanaan kurikulum dimulai dari analisis kebutuhan (need assessment) yang diperoleh dari hasil evaluasi program yang telah terlaksana. SMA Islam Al Azhar Kelapa Gading menerapkan Kurikulum Nasional yang merupakan kebijakan dari pusat serta melakukan pengembangan kurikulum pada tingakat satuan pendidikan terkait mata pelajaran ciri khas Al Azhar yaitu penambahan mata pelajaran agama, pembinaan agama, budi pekerti dan ibadah taqdis. Pelaksanaan kurikulum dilaksanakan sesuai dengan perencanaan yang telah disusun berupa kalender akademik, jadwal pelaksanaan program dan agenda kegiatan. Pelatihan dan pengembangan SDM rutin dilakukan guna menunjang profesionalisme pendidik yang dilaksanakan baik di dalam maupun di luar sekolah. Evaluasi kurikulum dikelompokan menjadi dua tahapan yaitu evaluasi setelah kegiatan dilaksanakan dan evaluasi general yang dilakukan semua unsur. A Research entitled Management of Curriculum In Implementation of School Based Management in Islamic High School Al Azhar Kelapa Gading North Jakarta was purpose to find out and obtain empirical data about curriculum planning, curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation. The research was conducted from March to June 2017 by using qualitative approach with analytic descriptive method. Data was collected through interview, observation, and documentation study. Data analysis was done through data reduction, data display, and data verification. Examination and checking data validity was done through stage of data credibility, transferability, dependability and conformability. Based on the result of the research and analysis research data can be explained that the school conducts curriculum management was started from curriculum planning which is implemented before the next of the school year. Working meeting was grouped into several levels. Three are central workplace meeting, college and school. The stage of curriculum planning was started from need assessment that was conducted from the result of evaluation program which gas been done. Islamic High School Al Azhar Kelapa Gading apply national curriculum which is a policy from the center and also do a development curriculum for making an characteristic of Al Azhar. The implementation of the curriculum was done as the planning that was accorded by academic, schedule of implementation program and activity agenda. Training and HR development is done routinely for supporting professionalism of the teacher which is conducted for inside and outside school. The evaluation of the curriculum is grouped into two stages, evaluation after activity and general evaluation which is done by all elements.
