Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas komunikasi organisasi di MTs. Al-Asiyah Cibinong Bogor, dengan sub fokus komunikasi vertikal ke bawah, komunikasi vertikal ke atas, dan komunikasi horisontal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, pengamatan dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) komunikasi vertikal ke bawah dari kepala sekolah kepada guru dilakukan dengan menerapkan prinsip�prinsip komunikasi efektif, dilakukan secara langsung dan tidak langsung, membahas hal pekerjaan dan di luar pekerjaan, mengunakan media komunikasi yaitu lisan, tertulis, dan elektronik, hambatan yang terjadi yaitu jenis informasi yang disampaikan dan skill guru dalam menerima dan memahami pesan (2) komunikasi vertikal ke atas dari guru kepada kepala sekolah dilakukan dengan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip komunikasi efektif, dilakukan secara langsung dan tidak langsung, membahas hal pekerjaan dan di luar pekerjaan, mengunakan media komunikasi yaitu lisan, tertulis, dan elektronik, hambatan yang terjadi yaitu jenis informasi yang disampaikan, perasaan sungkan guru untuk berkomunikasi dengan Kepala Sekolah, dan skill guru dalam menyampaikan pesan, (3) komunikasi horisontal dari guru kepada guru dilakukan dengan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip komunikasi efektif, dilakukan secara langsung dan tidak langsung, membahas hal pekerjaan dan di luar pekerjaan, mengunakan media komunikasi yaitu lisan, tertulis, dan elektronik, hambatan yang terjadi yaitu jenis informasi yang disampaikan dan skill guru dalam menerima dan memahami pesan. This study aims to find out how the effectiveness of organizational communication in MTs. Data collection techniques used interviews, observations and documentation studies.
