Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan metode Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah melalui layanan kelompok psikoedukasi untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan waktu pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini 2014, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan pretest-posttest nonequivalent group design. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik cluster sampling. Sampel berjumlah 35 orang berdasarkan hasil pretest pengelolaan waktu dengan kategori sedang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan instrumen pengelolaan waktu yang bersifat kuesioner dengan validitas menggunakan rumus Korelasi Product Moment yang menghasilkan 24 item valid dan 4 item drop. Reliabilitas instrumen dihitung menggunakan rumus Alpha Cronbach dengan hasil 0,81 yang menunjukkan bahwa reliabilitas tinggi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus Kolmogorof Smirnov. Hasil uji hipotesis menyatakan bahwa Ho ditolak dengan nilai asymp. Sig sebesar 0,005 < taraf signifikansi 0,05 (2-tailed), yang berarti terdapat pengaruh metode Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah melalui layanan kelompok psikoedukasi untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan waktu pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini 2014. Saran untuk penelitian; dapat menjadikan penelitian ini sebagai referensi/ informasi mengenai pengelolaan waktu dan dapat memanfaatkan modul yang digunakan sebagai salah satu referensi mengenai pengelolaan waktu, sehingga mengetahui strategi pengelolaan waktu yang harus dilakukan jika mengalami permasalahan mengatur waktu berkaitan dengan perkuliahan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa dapat memahami dan menerapkan dengan membuat jadwal dan daftar tugas pada saat belajar di kampus maupun di rumah sehingga dengan menerapkan pengelolaan waktu dengan efektif mahasiswa dapat meraih tujuan yang ingin dicapai dengan tepat waktu dalam akademik. Mahasiswa harus terus meningkatkan pengelolaan waktu menjadi lebih baik, konsisten dan disiplin dalam menerapkan pengelolaan waktu, terutama pada saat berada di bangku perkuliahan. *The purpose of this study is to know the influence of Problem Based Learning method through psychoeducation group to increase time management in students of Early Childhood Education 2014 at State University of Jakarta. The method of research is quasi-experimental with pretest-posttest nonequivalent group design. Sample of this research is using cluster sampling technique. The total samples are thirty five correspondence based on the results of instrument time management pretest medium category. Collection of data is using an instrument time management with questionnaire procedure with validity Product Moment Correlation and the result of this questioner that produces a 24 item valid and 4 items drop. Instrument reliability is calculated using the formula Alpha Cronbach showed 0.81 indicating high reliability which means the instrument will get the same results when used to the following occasions. The Data analysis are using the formula Kolmogrof Smirnov. Hypothesis test results stated that Ho is rejected by asymp value. Sig 0.005 <0.05 significance level (2-tailed), which means there is the effect of Problem Based Learning method through psychoeducation group services to improve time management in students of Early Childhood Education in 2014. Suggestions from this research; can make this research as a reference/information on the time management and can use a module used as one reference on the time management, so knowing management strategy time to be done if experiencing problems set a a time relating to lecture. The implications of this research a students can understand and apply to make a schedule and list of duty at the time learning on campus and in the house so that by applying the time management with effective students can gain the purpose to be achieved on time in academic. Students must continue to improve the time management being better, consistent and discipline in applying the time management, especially at the time was in the lecture.
