Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana program intervensi dini pada anak tunarungu di PAUD Santi Rama Jakarta Pusat. Pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui pengamatan, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi terhadap anak tunarungu, orangtua, guru dan kepala sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program intervensi dini yang dilkakukan di PAUD Santi Rama meliputi enam bidang pengembangan kemampuan yaitu: sikap, kemampuan berbahasa dan berkomunikasi, daya pikir, latihan motorik, Bina Komunikasi Persepsi Bunyi dan Irama (BKPBI) dan sosio emosi. Adapun layanan program intervensi dini dilaksanakan secara individual, kelompok dan bimbingan orangtua. Evaluasi program intervensi dini dilakukan dalam bentuk observasi partisipatif secara terus-menerus. Kesimpulan penelitian ini bahwa program intervensi dini pada anak tunarungu di Santi Rama dilakukan secara komprehensif, diberikan enam bidang kemampuan yaitu: sikap, kemampuan berbahasa dan berkomunikasi, daya pikir, latihan motorik, Bina Komunikasi Persepsi Bunyi dan Irama (BKPBI) dan sosio emosi sehingga dapat membantu dan mendukung dalam pemerolehan bahasa anak tunarungu. ******** This study aims to know how the early intervention program implemented for hearing impairement children at PAUD Santi Rama, Central Jakarta. The approach of this study is qualitative approch with descriptive methods. The data are collected by using observation, interview, and documentation study on hearing impairement children, teachers and the principal. The result shows that early intervention program conducted at PAUD Santi Rama based on envolving six sectors of development ability which is attitude, the ability of language and communication, motoric sensitivity, Building Communication Perception Sound and Rhythm (BKPBI), socio-emotional. The implementation early intervention program based on individuals service, groups service and parents service. The evaluation of early intervention program conducted on the participatory in continuous observation. The conclusion of this study is early intervention program for hearing impairment children at PAUD Santi Rama conducting with comprehensive and give by six sector ability which is attitude, the ability of language and communication, motoric sensitivity, Building Communication Perception Sound and Rhythm (BKPBI), socio-emotional so that helping and supporting of language acquisition on hearing impairment children.
