Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana efektivitas dari program pelatihan membuat lilin aromaterapi di PKBM 03 Cilincing, Tanjung Priok Jakarta Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei, kuesioner sebagai pengambilan data utama, dimana peserta didik yang sebagian besar ialah ibu-ibu yang bermukim di wilayah PKBM 03. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 20 orang dan sampel yang digunakan ialah keseluruhan dari jumlah populasi. Instrumen ini telah diuji coba sebelumnya melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas, untuk mengetahui keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan membuat lilin aromaterapi di PKBM 03 Cilincing memiliki tingkat efektivitas yang dapat dilihat dari hasil persentase yang telah dibuat, yaitu pada indikator perencanaan yang terdiri dari kualitas, kuantitas, waktu dan penyelenggaraan pelatihan memperoleh tingkat keefektivitasan sebanyak 84.66 (efektif) karena berada dalam rentang 76-100 dan dilihat dari hasil pelatihan memperoleh tingkat keefektivitasan 86.30 (efektif) karena berada dalam rentang 76-100. Dengan demikian pelaksanaan pelatihan membuat lilin aromaterapi di PKBM 03 Cilincing adalah efektif. Uji validitas instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah validitas isi, dan kemudian penganalisaan yang terkumpul dengan teknik prosentase dan penguraian hasil angket. Hasil uji instrumen diperoleh validitas r1 = 0.488 dengan rtabel 0.444 maka untuk butir pertama dikatakan valid. Selain itu pengujian reliabilitas instrumen dengan rumus alpha dan memperoleh rhitung = 1 dengan rtabel 0.444, karena rhitung > rtabel maka dikatakan reliable. Kesimpulan yang dapat ditarik dari penelitian ini bahwa proses kegiatan pelatihan telah sesuai dengan tujuan kegiatan pelatihan lilin aromaterapi kepada ibu-ibu untuk menumbuhkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan telah berjalan dengan baik dan efektif. ******** This study aims to determine the extent to which the effectiveness of the training program make aromatherapy candles in PKBM 03 Cilincing, Tanjung Priok North Jakarta. This study uses survey, questionnaire as the main data collection, where learners are mostly mothers who live in the area PKBM 03. The population in this study of 20 people and the sample used is the whole of the population. This instrument has been tested previously by the validity and reliability, to determine the validity of the data. The results of this study indicate that training makes aromatherapy candles in PKBM 03 Cilincing have a level of effectiveness that can be seen from the results of the percentage that has been made, namely the planning indicator consisting of quality, quantity, timing and delivery of training to obtain the level of effectiveness a total of 84.66 (effective) because it is in the range of 76-100 and seen from the results of the training to obtain the level of effectiveness 86.30 (effective) because it is in the range of 76-100. Thus the implementation of training make aromatherapy candles at PKBM 03 Cilincing is effective. Test the validity of the instruments used in this study is the validity of the content and then pooled analysis technique and decomposition percentage poll result. Test results obtained instruments validity r1 = 0.488 with rtable 0.444 so for the first item said to be valid. Besides testing the reliability of the instrument with alpha formula and obtain rcount = 1 with rtable 0.444, because rcount > rtable then said to be reliable. The conclusion that can be drawn from this study that the process of training activities in accordance with the purpose of training activities aromatherapy candles to mothers to cultivate knowledge and skills has been going well and effectively.
