Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan antara Persepsi Siswa tentang Kemampuan Mengajar Guru dan Motivasi Belajar dengan Hasil Belajar Pendidikan Jasmani Di SMPN 25 Cipinang Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2015/2016 dan pengambilan data pada tanggal 18 sampai 22 Maret 2016 di Sekolah Menengah Pertama 25 Cipinang-Jakarta Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dan tes yaitu siswa menjawab soal-soal tentang hubungan persepsi siswa tentang kemampuan mengajar guru dan motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar pendidikan jasmani SMPN 25 cipinang-jakarta timur. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa SMPN 25 Cipinang Jakarta Timur yang berjumlah 240 siswa. Tahapan-tahapan penelitian adalah persiapan, pengumpulan data, pengolahan dan analisis data, penyusunan laporan, dan hasil penelitian. Adapun tekhnik statistik yang dipergunakan adalah analisa korelasional yaitu menghubungkan dua variabel bebas dan satu variabel terikat . Hubungan antara persepsi siswa tentang kemampuan mengajar guru dengan hasil belajar siswa dengan persamaan Y= 11,797 + 0,764X1. Adapun tingkat keeratan hubungan antara variabel kemampuan mengajar guru penjas (X1) dengan hasil belajar siswa (Y) di tunjuk oleh koefesien korelasi rxy1y = 0,764. Hubungan antara motivasi belajar siswa dengan hasil belajar pendidikan jasmani siswa.Hubungan antara motivasi belajar siswa dengan hasil belajar siswa dengan persamaan Y= 20,323 + 0,594 X2.Adapun tingkat keeratan hubungan antara variabel motivasi belajar siswa (X2) dengan hasil belajar siswa (Y) di tunjukan oleh koefesien korelasi rx2y = 0,594. Hubungan persepsi siswa tentang kemampuan mengajar guru dan motivasi belajar siswa dengan hasil belajar pendidikan jasmani siswa.Hubungan antara kemampuan mengajar guru penjas (X1), dan Motivasi Belajar Penjas siswa (X2) dengan Hasil Belajar Penjas siswa (Y) diperoleh dengan persamaan Y = 2,131 + 0,625X1 + 0,332X2. Kekuatan hubungan antara ketiga variabel tersebut dinyatakan oleh rx1-2y =0,821. This study aims to determine the relationship between Student Perceptions of Teachers and Teaching Ability Motivation to Physical Education Learning Outcomes At SMPN 25 Cipinang, East Jakarta. This research was conducted in the first semester of the academic year 2015/2016 and retrieval of data on 18 until March 22, 2016 at Junior High School 25-Cipinang, East Jakarta. The method used was a survey and tests that students answer the questions about the relationship of students' perceptions about teaching capabilities and learning motivation and learning outcomes of physical education at SMPN 25 Jakarta cipinang-east. The study population was a student of SMPN 25 Cipinang, East Jakarta totaling 240 students. The stages of research is preparation, data collection, processing and analysis of data, preparation of reports, and research results. The statistical technique used is correlational analysis which connects two independent variables and the dependent variable , The relationship between students' perceptions about the teaching capabilities of the learning outcomes of students with the equation Y = 11.797 + 0,764X1. The level of the relationship between the variables of physical education teachers' teaching ability (X1) with student learning outcomes (Y) designated by rxy1y correlation coefficient = 0.764. The relationship between students' motivation to learn the results of physical education siswa.Hubungan between students' motivation with student learning outcomes with the equation Y = 20.323 + 0.594 X2.Adapun variable level closeness of the relationship between students' motivation (X2) with student learning outcomes (Y) in rx2y show the correlation coefficient = 0.594. Relationships students 'perceptions about the ability of teachers to teach and students' motivation to learn the results of the physical education teaching capabilities siswa.Hubungan between physical education (X1), and Motivation Penjas students (X2) with Penjas student learning outcomes (Y) is obtained by the equation Y = 2.131 + 0,625X1 + 0,332X2. The strength of the relationship between these three variables declared by rx1-2y = 0.821
