Abstract
Penelitian obyektif yaitu untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai pengaruh kepemimpinan partisipatif dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi guru. Pengumpulan data dilakukan terhadap 83 dari 104 guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Kramat Jati, Jakarta Timur. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan survei. Responden dipilih dengan teknik ramdom sampling sederhana. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan analisis jalur. Hasil analisis tersebut menyimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh langsung postive kepemimpinan partisipatif terhadap komitmen organisasi, (2) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi dan (3) terdapat pengaruh langsung positif kepemimpinan partisipatif terhadap kepuasan kerja. *The objective research is to obtain information concerning to the effect of participative leadership and job satisfaction toward teacher’s organizational commitment. Data collection done toward 83 from 104 teachers of the elementary school in the district Kramat Jati east Jakarta. The research methodologhy used survey. Respondents were chosen by simple ramdom sampling technique. The data were collected with questionnaire and analyzed with path analysis. Result on the analysis it is conculaded that (1) there the postive direct effect of participative leadership toward organizational commitment, (2) there is positive direct effect of job satisfaction toward organizational commitment and (3) there is positive direct effect of participative leadership toward job satisfaction.
