Abstract

Apa saja faktor-faktor yang membuat wisatawan memiliki niat untuk mengunjungi kembali sebuah museum, khususnya di Bandung. Kota yang sarat akan sejarah meninggalkan banyak peristiwa, bangunan bersejarah, hingga museum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pengalaman terhadap kepuasan wisatawan, motivasi terhadap kepuasan wisatawan, pencarian hal-hal baru terhadap kepuasan wisatawan kualitas pengalaman terhadap niat kunjung ulang, motivasi terhadap niat kunjung ulang, pencarian hal-hal baru terhadap niat kunjung ulang, dan kepuasan wisatawan terhadap niat kunjung ulang. Desain penelitian merupakan konklusif-deskriptif dan cross sectional, disebarkan ke 250 responden yang pernah mengunjungi museum di Bandung antara lain Museum Sri Baduga, KAA, Geologi, dan Pos Indonesia dengan metode convenience sampling. Data diolah dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kualitas pengalaman, motivasi, dan pencarian hal-hal baru berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan wisatawan serta pencarian hal-hal baru dan motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap niat kunjung ulang wisatawan. Namun pada penelitian ini tidak ditemukan pengaruh positif antara pencarian hal-hal baru dan kepuasan wisatawan terhadap niat kunjung ulang. What are the factors that make tourists have the intention to revisit a museum, especially in Bandung? A city full of history leaves many events, historic buildings, and museums. This study aims to determine the effect of experience quality on tourist satisfaction, motivation on tourist satisfaction, the search for new things towards tourist satisfaction the experience quality with the intention to revisit, motivation for intention to revisit, the search for new things to revisit intentions, and satisfaction tourists to revisit intentions. The study design was conclusive�descriptive and cross-sectional, distributed to 250 respondents who had visited the museum in Bandung, among others, Museum Sri Baduga, KAA, Geologi, and Pos Indonesia by convenience sampling method. Data is processed using the Structural Equation Modeling method. The results of this study indicate that the experience quality, motivation, novelty seeking have a positive effect on tourist satisfaction and novelty seeking and motivation has a positive effect on the intention of revisiting tourists. But in this study, no positive influence was found between novelty seeking and tourist satisfaction with the intention to revisit.
