Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran komik digital materi non individual service yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran Mata Kuliah Penataan dan Pelayanan Restoran untuk mahasiswa jurusan Tata Boga. Uji coba berupa evaluasi dari one to one expert ahli materi, ahli media, ahli bahasa, dan implementasi produk pada mahasiswa yaitu uji coba one to one, small group dan field trial . Penelitian merupakan penelitian pengembangan (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Uji coba dilaksanakan di Program Studi Pendidikan Tata Boga, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan perhitungan pada uji one to one expert, didapatkan persentase 75% (layak) pada ahli materi, 91 % (sangat layak) pada ahli media, dan 80% (sangat layak) pada ahli bahasa, skor implementasi produk pada mahasiswa 91% (sangat layak) pada uji one to one, 89% (sangat layak) pada uji small group, dan 93% (sangat layak) pada field trial, sehingga kualitas dan respon mahasiswa terhadap media berdasarkan penelitian yang dilaksanakan, sehingga dapat disimpulkan media pembelajaran komik digital materi non individual service dalam mata kuliah penataan dan pelayanan restoran sangat layak untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran mata kuliah Penataan dan Pelayanan Restoran. This study aims to develop learning media for digital comics for non-individual service materials used in teaching Restaurant Arrangement and Service Courses for students majoring in Culinary Art. The trial was in the form of evaluation by one to one expert (material experts, media experts, linguists), and product implementation on students (one to one test, small group, and field trial). This research is a development research (R&D) with a 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). The trial was carried out in the Culinary Art Major, Faculty of Engineering, State University of Jakarta. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative statistics. Based on the calculations, obtained on one to one expert tests 75% (very worth using) on material expert, 91% (very worth using) on media expert, and 80% (very worth using) on linguists expert, and product implementation scores on students are 91% (very worth using) on one to one tests, 89% (very worth using) on small group tests, and 93% (very worth using) on field tests, so that the quality and student response to the media based on the research carried out, it is possible to open digital comics learning media for non-individual service materials in the structuring and service course which is very feasible to use in teaching Restaurant Arrangement and Service.
