Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengidentifikasi makna tersirat dan tersurat dari pesan yang ingin disampaikan oleh pembuat Film. Penggunaan symbol dan tanda dalam pembuatan film ini yang menjadi landasan penalaran secara mendalam dalam penelitian ini. Serta adanya makna konotasi maupun denotasi, dengan tujuan mendapatkan symbol moral dari scene yang digambarkan. Dalam penelitian ini, pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan peneliti adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Dengan metode tersebut, peneliti mengumpulkan data melalui film Alangkah Lucunya (Negeri Ini), Koran, media online resmi, dan dokumentasi. Penggunaan symbol-simbol makna dalam film ini bertujuan untuk melakukan komunikasi secara dialog tersirat dan komunikasi verbal dan non-verbal, penonton dapat memaknainya dengan intepretasi individual. Sehingga penggunaan symbol makna film dapat membantu penyampaian pesan kepada penonton filmnya. Film Alangkah Lucunya (Negeri Ini) ini merupakan karya aktor senior Deddy Mizwar yang bergenre komedi satire serta mengangkat kisah problematika bangsa Indonesia, tentang korupsi, satpol pp, pendidikan, realitas sosial. Pemaknaan yang didapat dalam penelitian ini, bahwa pembuat ingin menyampaikan pesan kritik sosial mengenai berbagai masalah yang terjadi di Indonesia dengan menggunakan symbol dan tanda. Akan tetapi tidak semua gambar yang ditampilkan memiliki makna tersendiri untuk dimaknai. This study aims to determine and identify the meaning of the spirit and letter of the message to be conveyed by the film maker. The use of symbols and signs in the making of this film that became the foundation of reasoning in depth in this study. As well as the connotations and denotations, with the aim of getting moral symbol of the scene depicted. In this study, the approach is a qualitative approach. While the researchers used the method is descriptive qualitative method. With this method, the researchers collected data through the film What a funny thing (State's) newspaper, the official online media, and documentation. The use of symbols of meaning in this film aims to make communication and dialogue between the lines of verbal and non-verbal communication, the audience can interpret the individual interpretation. So the use of symbols meaning the film can help the delivery of the message to the audience the film. Film What a funny thing (the State's) this is the work of a senior actor Deddy Mizwar the comedy satire picked up the story and the problems of Indonesia, about corruption, pp municipal police, education, social reality. Meanings are obtained in this study, that the maker wants to convey a message of social criticism regarding various problems that occur in Indonesia by using symbols and marks. But not all the displayed image has significance to be understood.
