Abstract

Universitas Negeri Jakarta mengembangkan platform edukasi berbasis web yang diberi nama Learning Management System (LMS) Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Salah satu faktor yang mendorong UNJ untuk menggunakan LMS adalah UNJ harus menyelenggarakan PJJ. Pada pelaksanaannya, LMS UNJ belum menjadi platform e-learning utama. Kemudian, dalam pelaksanaan penggunaan LMS UNJ baik dosen dan mahasiswa sering mengalami kendala. Untuk itu perlu dilaksanakan analisis usability untuk mengevaluasi sebuah sistem atau perangkat lunak yang dapat dipelajari dan digunakan dengan mudah sehingga dapat membantu pengguna dalam menyelesaikan suatu pekerjaan. Karena kemampuan suatu web tergantung pada kemudahan dalam menggunakannya. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan adalah System Usability Scale (SUS). Dari hasil analisis dengan total 322 responden mahasiswa dan 31 responden dosen menggunakan metode SUS, usability pada LMS UNJ dengan responden mahasiswa mendapatkan skor rata-rata sebesar 59,5 dengan grade D. Sedangkan untuk responden dosen sebesar 66,2 dengan grade C. Lalu, dari responden mahasiswa dan dosen untuk adjective rating LMS UNJ mendapatkan kategori “OK” dan tingkat penerimaannya mendapatkan kategori “Marginal”. Untuk tingkat kepuasan dan keloyalan pengguna pada LMS UNJ untuk responden mahasiswa mendapatkan kategori “Detractor”. Sedangkan untuk responden dosen mendapatkan kategori “Passive”. Secara keseluruhan, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa LMS UNJ masih kurang memuaskan bagi para penggunanya sebagai media pembelajaran online. LMS UNJ cenderung belum dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dan harapan dari mahasiswa dan dosen Universitas Negeri Jakarta. ***** Jakarta State University has developed platform web-based educational Learning Management System (LMS). Then, in implementing the use of LMS UNJ both lecturers and students often experience obstacles.analysis usability to evaluate a system or software that can be learned and used easily so that it can assist users in completing a job. Because the ability of a web depends on the ease of using it. In this study, the method used is the System Usability Scale (SUS). From the results of the analysis with a total of 322 student respondents and 31 lecturer respondents using the SUS method, usability at LMS UNJ with student respondents getting an average score of 59.5 with grade D. While for lecturer respondents it is 66.2 with grade C. Then, of student and lecturer respondents for adjective rating the category "OK" and the acceptance rate received the "Marginal. For the level of user satisfaction and loyalty at LMS UNJ, student respondents get the "Detractor”. Meanwhile, the lecturer respondents received the "Passive”. Overall, it can be concluded that the LMS UNJ is still unsatisfactory for its users as an online. LMS UNJ tends not to be able to meet the needs and expectations of students and lecturers at the State University of Jakarta.
