Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui kepuasan guru SMP sederajat terhadap pembelajaran daring masa pandemi Covid 19 se-Kecamatan Petir Kabupaten Serang yang sduah melakukan kegiatan mengajar pada masa pandemi Covid 19 jika kepuasan guru tersebut sangat tinggi berarti kegiatan mengajar selama Pandemi berjalan dengan baik dan lancar yang dilakukan oleh Guru-guru SMP PJOK se-Kecamatan Petir. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei dengan instrumen menggunakan angket/kuesioner. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru PJOK SMP sederajat se-Kecamatan Petir yang berjumlah 16 orang, dan sampel yang di ambil sam 16 guru PJOK SMP sederajat, memiliki hasil dengan tinggi di setiap dimensi pemenuhan kebutuhan, emosional, pencapaian nilai, keadilan dan lingkungan mengajar Kata Kunci: Kepuasan, Guru PJOK, Pandemi, Pembelajaran ******** This study aims to determine the satisfaction of junior high school teachers at the same level with online learning during the Covid 19 pandemic in the Lightning District of Serang Regency who have carried out teaching activities during the Covid 19 pandemic, if the teacher satisfaction is very high, it means that teaching activities during the pandemic are going well and smoothly. by PJOK Middle School teachers in Petir District. This research is quantitative descriptive. The method used is a survey with an instrument using a questionnaire/questionnaire. The subjects in this study were 16 junior high school PJOK teachers in the Petir sub-district, and a sample of 16 junior high school PJOK teachers and the equivalent had high results in every dimension of needs fulfillment, emotional, value achievement, fairness and teaching environment..
