Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemanfaatan e-learning dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X Multimedia di SMK Negeri 50 Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Ex-post Facto. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas X di SMK Negeri 50 Jakarta. Data diambil menggunakan metode angket dan dokumentasi. Validitas instrumen angket dilakukan dengan analisis butir menggunakan rumus CVR dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan rumus Alpha Cronbach. Sedangkan untuk pengujian hipotesis dengan korelasi product moment serta analisis regresi ganda yang sebelumnya dilakukan uji prasyarat analisis meliputi uji normalitas, linearitas serta multikolineritas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) terdapat pengaruh langsung dan signifikan antara pemanfaatan e-learning terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas X Multimedia di SMK Negeri 50 Jakarta sebesar 74%, dengan nilai thitung = 3,4480 (>ttabel = 2,3450) pada taraf signifikansi sebesar 5%, (2) terdapat pengaruh langsung dan signifikan antara motivasi berprestasi terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas X Multimedia di SMK Negeri 50 Jakarta sebesar 54% dengan nilai thitung = 4,8697 (>ttabel = 2,3450) pada taraf signifikansi sebesar 5%, dan (3) terdapat pengaruh langsung dan signifikan antara pemanfaatan e-learning dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap hasil belajar simulasi dan komunikasi digital kelas X Multimedia di SMK Negeri 50 Jakarta sebesar 53% dengan nilai Fhitung = 4,6958 (>Ftabel = 3,2945) pada taraf signifikansi sebesar 5%. This research aims to determine the effect of using e-learning and achievement motivation on the students learning outcomes of class X Multimedia at SMK Negeri 50 Jakarta. This research is an Ex-post facto research. The population in the research were students of class X at SMK Negeri 50 Jakarta. The data were taken using a questionnaire and documentation method. The validity of the questionnaire instrument was carried out by item analysis using the CVR formula and reliability testing using the Cronbach Alpha formula. Meanwhile, for hypothesis testing with product moment correlation and multiple regression analysis, the analysis prerequisite tests were previously carried out including tests for normality, linearity and multicollinearity. The Result of this research indicate that: (1) there is a direct and significant effect between the use of e-learning on the students learning outcomes in class X Multimedia at SMK Negeri 50 Jakarta by 74%, with a value of t count = 3.4480 (> tabel of t = 2.3450) at a significance level of 5 %, (2) there is a direct and significant effect between achievement motivation on students learning outcomes of class X Multimedia at SMK Negeri 50 Jakarta by 54% with a value of t count = 4.8697 (>tabel of t = 2.3450) at a significance level of 5%, and (3) there is a direct and significant effect between the use of e-learning and achievement motivation on the learning outcomes of simulation and digital communication for class X Multimedia at SMK Negeri 50 Jakarta by 53% with a value of F count = 4.6958 (>Tabel of F = 3.2945) at a significance level of 5%.
