Abstract

Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional, Self Efficacy, dan Motivasi Belajar Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Akuntansi Keuangan Kelas XI Akuntansi SMK Negeri di Jakarta Timur. Skripsi. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. 2022. *ABSTRAK* Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh antara kecerdasan emosional, self efficacy, dan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran akuntansi keuangan kelas XI Akuntansi SMK Negeri di Jakarta Timur. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI Akuntansi SMK Negeri di Jakarta Timur dengan populasi terjangkau sebanyak 178 peserta didik serta jumlah sampel sebanyak 119 responden. Pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji t dan F. Hasil pada uji t menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara kecerdasan emosional terhadap prestasi belajar, self efficacy terhadap prestasi belajar, dan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar. Hasil uji F menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan antara kecerdasan emosional, self efficacy, dan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar. Pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, self efficacy, dan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar memperoleh koefisien determinasi sebesar 55% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Jakarta State University. 2022. *ABSTRACT* This study aims to determine and explain the effect of emotional intelligence, self efficacy, and learning motivation on student’s achievement in financial accounting subjects grade XI Accounting at State Vocational Schools in East Jakarta. The population in this study were students of class XI Accounting at State Vocational Schools in East Jakarta with an affordable population of 178 students and a total sample of 119 respondents. Testing the hypothesis in this study using t and F tests. The results on the t test show that there is a positive and significant influence between emotional intelligence on learning achievement, self efficacy on learning achievement, and learning motivation on learning achievement. The results of the F test show that there is a simultaneous positive and significant influence between emotional intelligence, self-efficacy, and learning motivation on learning achievement. The influence of emotional intelligence, self efficacy, and learning motivation on learning achievement obtained a coefficient of determination of 55%, the rest is influenced by other factors.
