Abstract
Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan mengembangkan sebuah sistem informasi sekolah menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MYSQL untuk SMKN 5 Jakarta khususnya Jurusan Teknik Audio Video. Sistem informasi sekolah yang dibuat dalam bentuk web bertujuan sebagai media informasi sekolah yang menyajikan informasi tentang sekolah, kemudian siswa diberi hak akses khusus untuk dapat melihat nilai hasil belajar, jadwal belajar dan absensinya. Guru juga di beri akses untuk melihat jadwal ia mengajar dan menginput nilai siswa yang ia ajar dikelasnya masing-masing. Penelitian dilakukan di laboratorium komputer Teknik Elektro Fakultas Teknik Universitas Negeri Jakarta dan SMKN 5 Jakarta dari bulan Maret 2011 sampai dengan bulan Juni 2011. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian menggunakan dengan metode experiment laboratorium. Dalam merekayasa perangkat lunak untuk mengembangkan sistem digunakan metode pengembangan waterfall,Context diagram, Data Flow Diagram dan Entity Relationship Diagram. . Sistem Informasi Sekolah Berbasis PHP dan MYSQL menyimpan dokumen di dalam 16 tabel database berupa 5 berita terbaru tentang sekolah, 1 kelas, absensi dan nilai 15 siswa, data 13 guru dan 10 foto yang aplikasinya berhasil diujikan dengan server lokal atau localhost dengan mengetikkan “localhost/smkn5.jkt” pada browser. Total keseluruhan file ada 30 Megabyte. ***** The research was conducted with the aim to develop school information system for Technical High School (SMKN 5 Jakarta), especially in majoring audio video engineering that shown an application using PHP and MYSQL to serve school information. School information system created in the form of web as a medium of information aimed at schools that provide information about the school, then students are given special privileges to be able to see the value of learning outcomes, learning schedules and absences. Teachers also give access to view schedules and enter the value he taught his students to teach each class. The study was conducted in the computer lab of Electrical Engineering Faculty of Engineering, State University of Jakarta and SMKN 5 Jakarta from March 2011 to June 2011. The method used in the studies using the method of the lab experiment. Manipulate the software to develop a system used waterfall method of development, Context diagram, Data Flow Diagram and Entity Relationship Diagram. School Information System using PHP and MYSQL save documents in the database table 16 of 5 latest news about the school, one class, attendance and the 15 students, 13 teachers and 10 data images whose applications successfully tested with a local server or localhost by typing "localhost / smkn5.jkt "in the browser. Total there are 30 Megabyte file.
