Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi yang digunakan Sekolah Alam Akhdhor Insan Mulia Depok dalam membina karakter peduli lingkungan siswanya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus (case study) yang mendeskripsikan tingkat kesadaran lingkungan siswa Sekolah Alam Akhdhor Insan Mulia berdasarkan pembinaan karakter peduli lingkungan yang terdapat di sekolah tersebut. Keabsahan data didapat berdasarkan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori tentang pembinaan karakter peduli lingkungan dan kesadaran lingkungan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pembinaan karakter peduli terhadap lingkungan di Sekolah Alam Akhdhor Insan Mulia dilakukan melalui pembelajaran dan budaya sekolah. dalam pembelajaran dapat diterapkan melalui muatan lokal dan pengintegrasian kurikulum. Dalam perencanaan yang dipersiapkan adalah Guru/fasilitator, metode pembelajaran, dan sumber belajar. Sedangkan melalui budaya sekolah terbagi dalam kegiatan rutin, terprogram, dan spontan. Kegiatan rutin seperti gardening, piket kelas, membawa bekal makanan dan botol minum, melepas sepatu atau sandal, poster, notif, dan stiker, intergrasi mata pelajaran, bank sampah dan program mijel (minyak jelantah), serta aturan dan konsekuensi (rule and consequences). Untuk kegiatan terprogram seperti BBA (Belajar Bersama Alam), berkemah (camping), outing class, Sekolah Alam Student Scout (SASS). Perilaku peduli lingkungan siswa yang terdapat di Sekolah tersebut seperti, membuang sampah pada tempatnya, merawat tanaman, menggunakan air secukupnya, piket, dan mengingatkan orang lain. ***** This study aims to determine the strategy used by Akhdhor Insan Mulia Depok Natural School in fostering the environmental care character of its students. This research is a descriptive qualitative research using a case study approach that describes the level of environmental awareness of Akhdhor Insan Mulia Natural School students based on the development of environmental care characters in the school. The validity of the data was obtained based on observations, interviews, and documentation. The theory used in this study is the theory of character building caring for the environment and environmental awareness. The results of this study indicate that character building cares for the environment at Akhdhor Insan Mulia Natural School is carried out through learning and school culture. in learning can be applied through local content and curriculum integration. In the planning that is prepared is the teacher/facilitator, learning methods, and learning resources. Meanwhile, through school culture, it is divided into routine, programmed, and spontaneous activities. Routine activities such as gardening, class pickets, bringing food supplies and drinking bottles, removing shoes or sandals, posters, notifications, and stickers, integration of subjects, waste bank and cooking oil program, as well as rules and consequences (rules and consequences) . For programmed activities such as BBA (Learning with Nature), camping (camping), outing classes, School of Nature Student Scout (SASS). Environmental care behavior of students in the school such as, throwing garbage in its place, taking care of plants, using enough water, pickets, and reminding others.
