Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat kelayakan penerapan ragam hias dolanan anak Indonesia pada 5 desain motif digital. Menggunakan metode dan pendeketan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Prosedur pengambilan data dilakukan dengan melalui wawancara terbuka pada 5 narasumber. Data di analisa dari fokus dan sub-fokus penelitian aspek dimensi kualitas produk yang meliputi fitur, kesesuaian, estetika (unsur dan prinsip desain). Sub – fokus dimensi kualitas fitur produk menurut panelis ahli pada kelima desain dikatakan sudah potensial dan sudah cukup bagus selama tetap menghadirkan karakter dari dolanan anak dan kebudayaan Betawi itu sendiri. Sumber inspirasi dolanan anak Indonesia yang diangkat menarik untuk dikembangkan melalui desain sehingga dapat dikatakan sebagai sebuah pembaharuan. Sedangkan sub – fokus dimensi kualitas kesesuaian produk, kelima panelis ahli mengemukakan bahwa kelima desain telah menggunakan warna – warna yang cocok serta mencirikan ke-khasan Betawi pada setiap motifnya. Penempatan motif turut perlu diperhatikan agar ketika desain di produksi dapat digunakan pada berbagai jenis kesempatan. Sub – fokus dimensi kualitas estetika produk menurut panelis ahli kelima desain yang ditampilkan menarik dan memiliki gambar yang meluweskan atau menguatkan seluruh ragam hias dolanan anak didalamnya sehingga dapat merepresentasikan gambaran cerita yang disampaikan. Pemilihan kombinasi warna cukup baik namun untuk mengatur presisi kontras pada warna perlu di perhatikan kembali agar selaras. Kombinasi dan harmoni pada desain memiliki penempatan yang cukup bagus tetapi ada beberapa ragam hias yang perlu disesuaikan kembali proporsinya. Indikator dimensi kualitas produk estetika ditinjau berdasarkan unsur – unsur dan prinsip desain. ***** This study was conducted to assess the feasibility of applied Indonesian children's traditional games in 5 digital designs. Using descriptive qualitative research methods and approaches.The method and approaches used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. The data collection procedure were done by interview with several resource person. The data is analyzed from the focus and sub-focus of the research on aspects of product quality dimensions which include features, suitability, aesthetics (design elements and principles). According to the expert panelists, the sub-focus of the dimensions of product feature quality on the five designs is said to have potential and is quite good as long as it still presents the characters from children's play and Betawi culture itself. The source of inspiration for Indonesian children's dolls that are appointed is interesting to be developed through design so that it can be said to be a renewal. While the sub-focus of the dimensions of product conformity quality, the five expert panelists stated that the five designs had used colors that matched and characterized the Betawi characteristics of each motif. The placement of the motifs also needs to be considered so that when the design is produced it can be used on various types of occasions. The sub-focus of the dimensions of the aesthetic quality of the product, according to the expert panelists, the five designs that are displayed are attractive and have images that flex or strengthen the entire decoration of children's dolls in it so that they can represent the picture of the story being conveyed. The choice of color combinations is quite good, but to adjust the precision of the contrast in the color, it is necessary to pay attention again to make it harmonious. The combination and harmony in the design has a pretty good placement but there are some decorations that need to be re-adjusted in proportion. Dimensional indicators of aesthetic product quality are reviewed based on design elements and principles.
