Abstract

NTT dihuni oleh penduduk berjumlah 5.704.543 jiwa, mayoritas beragama Katolik 53%, Kristen 38,6%, Islam 8,1%, Hindu 0,2%, Buddha 0,01%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap bagaimana penguatan nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam, implementasi penguatan nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam, analisis program YCH terhadap nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam dan respons yang didapat dari penguatan nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Analisis yang digunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, triangulasi dan verifikasi data/penarikan kesimpulan. Sumber data diperoleh dari hasil observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Observasi dilakukan di YCH, NTT pada bulan Oktober-November Tahun 2020. Teori yang peneliti gunakan adalah teori tentang nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam (Sanusi Suryadi), konsep muslim minoritas (Ahmad Najib Burhani), serta implementasi penguatan Yayasan Cahaya Hijrah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi dari yayasan terbilang baik. dalam perencanaan program terbilang cukup baik dan terorganisir, namun memang masih ada beberapa komponen yang kurang dan diperbaiki. Pelaksanaan penguatan nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam bagi muslim minoritas melalui program YCH dapat dibagi menjadi tiga pola, yakni program mingguan, bulanan dan tahunan. Dalam pengevaluasian dilakukan dalam sistem formatif-sumatif, tujuannya untuk mengetahui berhasil atau tidaknya program tersebut. ***** NTT is inhabited by a population of 5,704,543 people, the majority are Catholic 53%, Christian 38.6%, Muslim 8.1%, Hindu 0.2%, Buddhist 0.01%. This study aims to reveal the strengthening the values of Islamic education, the implementation of strengthening the values of Islamic education, analysis of the YCH program on the values of Islamic education and the responses obtained from strengthening the values of Islamic education. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, triangulation and data verification/drawing conclusions. Sources of data obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation studies. Observations were made at YCH, NTT in October-November 2020. The theory that the researcher used was the theory of Islamic educational values (Sanusi Suryadi), the concept of Muslim minorities (Ahmad Najib Burhani), and the implementation of strengthening the Cahaya Hijrah Foundation. The results showed that the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the foundation was fairly good. the program planning is quite good and organized, but there are still some components that are lacking and improved. The implementation of strengthening Islamic educational values for minority Muslims through the YCH program can be divided into three patterns, namely weekly, monthly and annual programs. The evaluation is carried out in a formative-summative system, the aim is to find out whether the program is successful or not.
