Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program pembelajaran Al-Qur’an di TPA Terpadu Masjid Asy Syifa RSCM Jakarta. Untuk mengetahui sudah sejauh mana pelaksanaan pembelajaran Al-Qur’an di TPA, maka evaluasi yang digunakan mencakup evaluasi context, input, process, dan product. Evaluasi CIPP (context, input, process, product) digunakan untuk mengetahui komponen-komponen dari pembelajaran Al-Qur’an di TPA secara lebih rinci. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan model evaluasi CIPP (context, input, process, product) yang dikembangkan oleh Daniel L Stufflebeam, dkk. Sumber data diperoleh dari hasil observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Observasi dilakukan di TPA Masjid Asy Syifa RSCM Jakarta pada bulan Februari tahun 2022. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori evaluasi (Arikunto), model evaluasi CIPP (Stufflebeam), faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam belajar Al-Qur’an, dan tujuan pembelajaran Al-Qur’an. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam komponen context dan input sudah memenuhi kriteria di mana pelaksanaan pembelajaran Al-Qur’an di TPA Masjid Asy Syifa berjalan sesuai dengan visi misi serta tujuan dari TPA, dan untuk kedisiplinan guru dan murid dapat dikatakan baik serta sudah sesuai dengan aturan atau tata tertib yang berlaku di TPA. Dalam komponen process materi dan metode sudah memenuhi kriteria, proses pembelajaran berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan SOP meskipun terkadang siswa masih keluar masuk kelas. Sedangkan untuk hasil belajar siswa, terlihat bahwa murid-murid sudah bisa membaca qur’an dengan baik dan benar. ** This study aims to describe and evaluate the implementations of Qur’an learning program at the TPA Terpadu Asy Syifa Mosque RSCM Jakarta. To find out how far the implementation of Qur’an learning in TPA is, the evaluation used includes evaluation of context, input, process, and product. The CIPP (context, input, process, product) evaluation is used to find out the components of learning the Qur’an in TPA in more detail. This study uses a type of qualitative research with the CIPP (context, input, process, product) evaluation model developed by Daniel L Stufflebeam, et al. Sources of data obtained from observations, interviews, and documentation. Observations were made at the TPA Asy Syifa Mosque RSCM Jakarta in February 2022. The theory used in this study is the evaluation theory (Arikunto), the CIPP evaluation model (Stufflebeam), the influencing factors in learning the Qur’an, and the objectives of learning the Qur’an. The results of this study show that the context and input components have met the criteria where the implementation of Qur'an learning at the Asy Syifa Mosque landfill runs in accordance with the vision and mission and objectives of the TPA, and for the discipline of teachers and students, it can be said to be good and in accordance with the rules or regulations that apply in the landfill. In the process component, the material and method have met the criteria, the learning process runs well in accordance with the SOP even though sometimes students are still in and out of the classroom. As for the student's learning outcomes, it can be seen that students can read the Qur'an properly and correctly.
