Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis manajemen pembinaan akhlak yang dilakukan di Pondok Pesantren Tahfizh Daarul Qur’an Tangerang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui: (1) Wawancara mendalan dengan pimpinan pesantren, guru/ustadz dan ustadzah serta siswa; (2) Observasi partisipatif secara langsung pada kegiatan di Pondok Pesantren; (3) Studi dokumentasi digunakan untuk memperoleh data terkait penyelenggraan pondok pesantren. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman, yaitu melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan sampai pada kesimpulan hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan; (1) Perencanaan pembinaan akhlak menggunakan metode kelas yang terdiri dari : kelas mubtadi (kelas persiapan) atau kelas awal, Kelas tahsin (kelas perbaikan), Kelas tahfizh (kelas hafalan), (2) Pengorganisasian dilakukan dengan mendisiplinkan santri agar berperilaku sesuai nilai-nilai yang ada di dalam Al-Qur’an. (3) Penggerakan dilakukan dengan berbasis mentoring agar tidak berbuat di luar tata tertib pesantren. (4) Pengawasan yang dilakukan dengan mensinergikan pengawasan, wali kamar, wali kelas dan wali halaqoh. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini adalah pada tahap perencaan, pondok pesantren bisa melaksanakan seleksi santri dan program pembiasaan awal yang dapat meningkatkan akhlak santri, pada tahap pelaksanaan dan penggerakan dilaksanakan dengan pengawasan dan evaluasi ditiap kurun waktu tertentu, sehingga keberlangsungan manajemen pembinaan akhlak bisa terus menerus berlanjut dan mewujudkan manajemen akhlak santri yang sesuai dengan tujuan pendidikan. Untuk penelitian yang akan datang mesti diperhatikan lebih mendalam analisis perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penggerakan dan evaluasi suatu program agar dapat terarah dan terealisasi sebagaimana tujuan yang diharapkan. Peneliti berharap, agar penelitian yang ruang lingkup kajian manajemen santri terus dilakukan serta memberikan dampak positif bagi khazanah manajemen pendidikan di kemudian hari. Kata Kunci: Manajemen, Pembinaan Akhlaq, Pesantren ********   ABSTRACT The research aims to analyze the management of moral development carried out at the Tahfizh Daarul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School Tangerang. The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through: (1) Interviews with pesantren leaders, teachers/ustadz and ustadzah and students; (2) Direct participatory observation on activities at Islamic Boarding Schools; (3) Documentation studies are used to obtain data related to the construction of Islamic boarding schools. Analysis of data using the Miles and Huberman model, that is, through data reduction, presenting data, and coming to the conclusion of the research results. The results showed; (1) Moral development planning using a class method consisting of: mubtadi class (preparatory class) or early class, tahsin class (repair class), tahfizh class (memorization class), (2) Organizing is carried out by disciplining students to behave according to the values in the Qur'an. (3) Mobilization is carried out based on mentoring so as not to do outside the order of pesantren. (4) Supervision carried out by synergizing supervision, room guardians, homeroom teachers and halaqoh guardians. The recommendation of this study isthat there is a planning stage, islamic boarding schools can carry out student selection and initial habituation programs that can improve the morals of students, at the stage of implementation and mobilization are carried out with supervision and evaluation in each certain period, so that the sustainability of moral development management can continue and realize student moral management in accordance with educational objectives. Forfuture research, it must be considered in more depth the analysis of planning, implementing, mobilizing, and evaluating a program so that it can be directed and realized as expected goals. Researchers hope that research on the scope of student management studies will continue to be carried out and have a positive impact on the treasures of education management in the future.
