Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi begitu pesat memaksa setiap Lembaga berlomba untuk memberikan layanan Pendidikan dengan mengikuti perkembangan seperti pelayanan literasi digital guru pemanfaatan digital teknologi dalam program pembelajaran. Pelayanan literasi digital guru merupakan pengetahuan keterampilan guru dalam membuat, menciptakan serta memberikan pembebalajaran dengan mamanfaatkan media digital sebagai alat komunikasi maupun media alat belajar untuk memancing dan meningkatkan minat belajar siswa dan terjalin kolaborasi guru dan siswa. Namun nyatanya tidak semua lemabaga pedidikan mampu beradaptasi pada perkembangan teknologi seperti pada daerah kabupaten Nabire Provinsi Papua. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui pegaruh pelayanan literasi digital guru terhadap persepsi guru tentang kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Pengaruh pelayanan literasi digital guru terhadap budaya sekolah, pengaruh persepsi guru tentang budaya sekolah terhadap persepsi guru tentang kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan pengaruh pelayanan iterasi digital guru terhadap persepsi guru tentang kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan persepsi guru tentang budaya sekolah. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan Teknik path analysis, dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 152 guru dan sampe 110 responden penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus slovin. Penelitian bertempat di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri (SMKN) Nabire Provinsi Papua. Pengumpulan data akan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar kepada tiap responden dan selanjutnya diolah data menggunakan bantuan Microsoft Excel dan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS 25). Diperoleh hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya pengaruh langsung persepsi guru tentang kepemimpianan kepala sekolah dan persepsi guru tentang budaya sekolah terhadap pelayanan literasi digital guru sebesar 0,4159 atau 41,59% dan sisanya 58,41% berasal dari variabel persepsi guru tentang kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan persepsi guru tentang kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. ******* ABSTRACT The rapid development of technology hasforced every institution to compete to provide educational services by following developments such as digital literacy servicesforteachers using digital technology in learning programs. Teacher digital literacy services are knowledge of teacher skills in creating, creating, and providing learning by utilizing digital media as a communication tool as well as learning media to provoke and increase student interest in learning and create collaboration between teachers and students. Butin fact, not all educational institutions are able to adapt to technological developments such as in the Nabire district of Papua Province. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the effect of teacher digital literacy services on teachers' perceptions of principal leadership. The influence of teacher digital literacy services on school culture, the influence of teachers' perceptions of school culture on teachers' perceptions of principal leadership and the influence of teacher digital iteration services on teachers' perceptions of principal leadership and teacher perceptions of school culture. The researcher used a quantitative approach with path analysis technique, with a population of 152 teachers and a sample size of 110 respondents using the Slovin formula. The research took place at the Nabire State Vocational High School (SMKN) Papua Province. Data collection will use a questionnaire distributed to each respondent and then processed the data using Microsoft Excel and the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS 25). The results showed that there was a direct influence of teachers' perceptions of principals' leadership and teachers' perceptions of school culture on teachers' digital literacy services of 0.4159 or 41.59% and the remaining 58.41% came from the teacher's perception of the principal's leadership and perceptions. teachers about principal leadership.
