Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut : 1) Untuk mengetahui gambaran atau deskripsi dari pengembangan karir, motivasi kerja, kompensasi, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada karyawan PT Sharp Semiconductor Indonesia. 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada karyawan PT Sharp Semiconductor Indonesia. 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada karyawan PT Sharp Semiconductor Indonesia. 4) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir dan motivasi kerja secara simultan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada karyawan PT Sharp Semiconductor Indonesia. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengembangan karir dan Motivasi kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada PT. Sharp Semiconductor Indonesia, penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 452 karyawan pada PT. Sharp Semiconductor Indonesia, dengan penggunaan sampel sebanyak 82 karyawan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode riset eksplanatoris kausal. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini melalui metode survei dengan penyebaran kuesioner, yang kemudian data yang didapatkan akan diolah menggunakan peranti lunak SmartPLS versi 3. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, peneliti menemukan bahwa pengembangan karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior dengan hasil nilai t-statistik 3,334 > 1,664 dan nilai p-value 0,00088615 < 0,05. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior dengan hasil nilai t-statistik 5,303 > 1,664 dan nilai p-value 0,00000017 < 0,05. Pengembangan karir dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior secara simultan dengan hasil nilai t-statistik 11,374 > 1,664 dan nilai p-value 0,000000000006 < 0,05. To determine the effect of career development and work motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at PT. Sharp Semiconductor Indonesia, this research was conducted on 452 employees at PT. Sharp Semiconductor Indonesia, using a sample of 82 employees. The study uses a quantitative approach using causal explanatory research methods. The data collection technique used in this study was through a survey method by distributing questionnaires, which then the data obtained would be processed using the SmartPLS version 3 software. Based on the results of the analysis, the researchers found that career development has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with the results of the t-statistic value of 3.334 > 1.664 and the p-value of 0.00088615 < 0.05. Work motivation has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with the results of the t-statistical value of 5.303> 1.664 and the p-value of 0.00000017 <0.05. Career development and work motivation have a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior simultaneously with the results of the t-statistic value of 11.374 > 1.664 and the p-value of 0.000000000006 <0.05.
