Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi dengan mengkaji mediasi pemberdayaan anggota di Kodim 0510/ Tigaraksa Kabupaten Tangerang. Secara total, 250 anggota militer menyelesaikan kuesioner online yang menilai kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, pemberdayaan, dan komitmen organisasi dengan stratified random sampling. Model komitmen organisasi diuji menggunakan model persamaan struktural. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan memediasi hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan komitmen organisasi, juga memediasi hubungan antara budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi. Kata kunci: kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, pemberdayaan, komitmen organisasi, militer. ****** The purpose of this paper is to explore the effect of transformational leadership and organizational culture on organizational commitment by examining mediation of empowerment among military in Kodim 0510/Tigaraksa Kabupaten Tangerang. In total, 250 military completed an online questionnaire assessing transformational leadership, organizational culture, empowerment, and organizational commitment using stratified random sampling. A model of organizational commitment was tested using structural equation modeling. Results indicated that empowerment mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational commitment, also mediate the relationship between organizational culture and organizational commitment.
