Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis, mengevaluasi dan menemukan serta menciptakan model bagaimana integritas, kompetensi dan leadership berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas kerja serta bagaimana peran perilaku kerja inovatif memediasi pengaruh integritas, kompetensi dan leadership terhadap efektivitas kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Lokus penelitian pada Inspektorat Jenderal Kementerian Perhubungan dengan objek sampel sebanyak 156 auditor. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner melalui metode angket dengan skala likert, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) melalui aplikasi SMART-PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integritas, kompetensi dan leadership berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja. Peran perilaku kerja inovatif dalam memediasi integritas, kompetensi dan Leadership juga berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja. Sedangkan integritas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif dan Peran perilaku kerja inovatif dalam memediasi integritas terhadap efektivitas kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Kata kunci : Efektivitas Kerja, Integritas, Kompetensi, Leadership, Perilaku Kerja Inovatif, Inspektorat Jenderal Kementerian Perhubungan. ******** ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to analyze, evaluate, find and create a model of how integrity, competence and affect work effectiveness and how the role of innovative work behavior mediates the influence of integrity, competence and on work effectiveness. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The research locus at the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Transportation with a sample of 156 auditors. The sampling method used is saturated sampling. The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires through a questionnaire method with a Likert scale, then analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) through the SMART-PLS (Partial Least Square) application. The results of the study show that integrity, competence and have a positive and significant direct effect on work effectiveness. The role of innovative work behavior in mediating integrity, competence and also has a positive and significant direct effect on work effectiveness. Meanwhile, integrity has no significant effect on innovative work behavior and the role of innovative work behavior in mediating integrity on work effectiveness has no significant effect.
