Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui proses pendidikan karakter gotong royong melalui kegiatan Gerakan Pramuka di SMA N 1 Purbalingga. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data penelitian diperoleh dari wawancara dengan enam informan dan dua key informan, observasi program kegiatan Gerakan Pramuka, buku, dan jurnal yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi sejak dilaksanakan penelitian pada tanggal 3 Juni 2022 hingga 18 Juli 2022. Untuk menguji data dalam penelitian, menggunakan metode member check dan expert opinion. Teknik analisis data menggunakan tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter gotong royong melalui kegiatan Gerakan Pramuka di SMA N 1 Purbalingga dilakukan melalui program kegiatan Gebyar Bakti sebagai program kegiatan bakti sosial. Pembiasaan dilakukan melalui pembiasaan spontan dengan membersihkan tempat kegiatan sebelum digunakan dalam kegiatan dan pembisaan rutin dilakukan dengan musyawarah anggota melalui rapat koordinasi dan evaluasi kegiatan. Keteladan dari pembina dalam mencontohkan perilaku gotong royong dilakukan dengan anggota saling bekerjasama dalam divisi kepengurusan yang berbeda dan dilakukan secara berulang oleh anggota Gerakan Pramuka. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pendidikan karakter gotong royong melalui kegiatan Gerakan Pramuka di SMA N 1 Purbalingga dilakukan melalui program kegiatan, pembiasaan, dan keteladanan. Program kegiatan dilakukan melalui kegiatan Gebyar Bakti sebagai program kegiatan bakti sosial, pembiasaan dilakukan dengan membersihkan tempat sebelum digunakan dalam kegiatan dan rapat koordinasi dan evaluasi pada saat sebelum dan sesudah program kegiatan, keteladanan dilakukan dengan mencontoh perilaku pembina dalam bekerja sama melalui pembagian tugas pembina dalam membina Gerakan Pramuka di SMA N 1 Purbalingga dengan setiap anggota saling bekerja sama walaupun mendapatkan divisi kepengurusan yang berbeda pada setiap program kegiatan. * This study aims to determine the process of mutual cooperation character education through Scout Movement activities at SMA N 1 Purbalingga. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Sources of research data obtained from interviews with six informants and two key informants, observations of the Scout Movement program activities, books, and journals related to research. Data collection techniques used in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation studies since the research was carried out on June 3, 2022 to July 18, 2022. To test the data in the study, using member check and expert opinion methods. The data analysis technique uses the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that mutual cooperation character education through the Scout Movement activities at SMA N 1 Purbalingga was carried out through the Gebyar Bakti program as a social service activity program. Habituation is carried out through spontaneous habituation by cleaning the place of activity before being used in activities and routine habituation is carried out with member deliberation through coordination meetings and activity evaluations. The example of the coaches in exemplifying the behavior of mutual cooperation is carried out with members working together in different management divisions and carried out repeatedly by members of the Scout Movement. The conclusion of this study is that mutual cooperation character education through Scout Movement activities at SMA N 1 Purbalingga is carried out through activity programs, habituation, and exemplary. The program of activities is carried out through Gebyar Bakti activities as a program of social service activities, habituation is carried out by cleaning the place before use in activities and coordination and evaluation meetings before and after the activity program, exemplary is carried out by imitating the behavior of the coaches in working together through the division of tasks of the coaches in fostering The Scout Movement at SMA N 1 Purbalingga with each member working together even though they get a different management division in each activity program.
