Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Menganalisa pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan sicepat ekspres, 2) Menganalisa pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja pada karyawan sicepat ekspres, 3) Menganalisa pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan sicepat ekspres, 4) Menganalisa pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan sicepat ekspres, 5) Menganalisa pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan sicepat ekspres, 6) Menganalisa pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja, 7) Menganalisa pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan bantuan software Amos versi 23. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel berjumlah 200 responden. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey berupa kuisioner untuk melihat pengaruh dari variabel yang diteliti. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengembangan karir memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja. Kata Kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Pengembangan Karir, Kepuasan Kerja *** This study aims to: 1) Analyze the effect of work motivation on job satisfaction of employees of Sicepat Express, 2) Analyze the effect of career development on job satisfaction of employees of Sicepat Express, 3) Analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance of Sicepat Express, 4) Analyze the effect of development careers on employee performance in Sicepat Ekspres, 5) Analyzing the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance in Sicepat Express, 6) Analyzing the effect of work motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction, 7) Analyzing the effect of career development on employee performance through job satisfaction. This study uses quantitative research methods with the help of Amos software version 23. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with a total sample of 200 respondents. This research is a survey research in the form of a questionnaire to see the effect of the variables studied. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and work motivation has a positive and significant influence on employee performance through job satisfaction.
