Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh media sosial, e-WOM, dan daya tarik wisata terhadap keputusan mengunjungi Desa Wisata Penglipuran.Penelitian ini terdiri atas empat variabel yang digunakan untuk mengukur, yaitu media sosial, e-WOM, daya tarik wisata dan keputusan mengunjungi. Total responden pada penelitian ini adalah 202 orang, yang terdiri atas 61 orang laki-laki dan 141 orang perempuan yang pernah mengunjungi Desa Wisata Penglipuran minimal satu kali. Data diolah menggunakan confirmatory factor analysis dan structural equation model.Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah variabel e-WOM dan daya tarik wisata tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan mengunjungi Desa Wisata Penglipuran. Sedangkan variabel media sosial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan mengunjungi Desa Wisata Penglipuran. Kata Kunci: keputusan mengunjungi, media sosial, e-wom, daya tarik wisata, desa penglipuran This study aims to analyze the influence of social media, e-wom, and tourist attraction on the decision to visit Penglipuran Tourism Village.This study consists of four variables used to measure, namely social media, e-wom, tourist attraction and visiting decisions. The total respondents in this study were 202 people, consisting of 61 men and 141 women who had visited Penglipuran Tourism Village at least once. The data was processed using confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model. The results obtained from this study are that the variable e-wom and tourist at�traction did not have a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit Penglipuran Tourism Village. Meanwhile, social media variables have a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit Penglipuran Tourism Village.
