Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisa daya saing pada IKM Batik di Kota Bogor dilihat dari analisis kondisi sisi penawaran. Data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dengan 3 IKM Batik di Kota Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakkan variable produk, harga, tempat dan promosi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode wawancara, Peneliti menggunakan hasil wawancara yang kemudian diolah menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan jika kondisi daya saing IKM di Kota Bogor memiliki kapabilitas serta strategi yang sama. Berdasarkan hasil analisis SWOT dan diagram kartesius, maka dibutuhkan strategi khusus meningkatan daya saing. Ketiga IKM batik di Kota Bogor berada dalam kuadran 1 yang mana memiliki peluang dan kekuatan sehingga dapat memanfaatkan peluang yang ada, oleh karena itu strategi yang cocok digunakan adalah SO Strategi. Kata Kunci: Daya Saing, Produk, Harga, Tempat, Promosi, SO strategi. *** This study aims to identify and analyze the competitiveness of SMI Batik in Bogor City seen from the analysis of supply side conditions. Data obtained from interviews with 3 SMI Batik in the city of Bogor. This research uses product, price, place and promotion variables. This study is a qualitative descriptive analysis using the interview method. Researchers used the results of interviews which were then processed using SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicate that the competitiveness of SMEs in Bogor City has the same capabilities and strategies. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis and the Cartesian diagram, a special strategy is needed to increase competitiveness. The three batik SMIs in Bogor City are in quadrant 1 which has opportunities and strengths so that they can take advantage of existing opportunities, therefore the strategy that is suitable to be used is SO Strategy.
