Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk media podcast mengenai dasar-dasar orientasi dan mobilitas untuk pembelajaran orientasi dan mobilitas pada jenjang Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). Pengembangan ini menggunakan model pengembangan J. Moonen, yang terdiri dari lima tahap, yaitu (1) Analisis, (2) Desain, (3) Pengembangan, (4) Evaluasi, dan (5) Implementasi. Pada tahapan analisis pengembang mengidentifikasi atau menganalisis peserta didik dan kebutuhan. Pada tahapan desain membuat rancangan jabaran materi dan script. Pada tahapan pengembangan melakukan kegiatan pengembangan, yaitu pra produksi, produksi, dan pasca produksi. Pada tahapan evaluasi menguji coba produk media yang dilakukan dengan expert review dan ujicoba one to one, small group, dan field test. Expert review melibatkan satu orang ahli media dan satu orang ahli materi. Evaluasi one to one melibatkan tiga peserta didik. Evaluasi small group melibatkan delapan orang peserta didik. Dan evaluasi field test melibatkan 12 orang peserta didik. Dari hasil uji tersebut diperoleh rata-rata keseluruhan evaluasi expert review dengan nilai 3,38 (sangat baik), rata-rata hasil uji coba one to one memperoleh nilai 3,70 (sangat baik), rata-rata hasil uji coba small group memproleh rata-rata 3,81 (sangat baik). Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa media podcast orientasi dan mobilitas untuk penyandang tunanetra dikatakan baik dan dapat digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. ***** This development research aims to produce podcast media products regarding the basics of orientation and mobility for learning orientation and mobility at the high school level (SMA). This development uses the J. Moonen development model, a development model consisting of five stages, namely (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Evaluation, (5) Implementation. Activities at the analysis stage are identifying and gathering information for development. At the design stage, make a draft of the material description and script. At the development stage, development activities are carried out, namely pre production, production, and post-production. At the evaluation stage, testing media products was carried out with expert reviews and one-to-one, small group, and field tests. . Expert review involves one media expert and one material expert. One to one evaluation involves three students. The small group evaluation involved eight students. And the evaluation of the field test involved 12 students. From the test results, the average overall expert review evaluation was 3.38 (very good), the average one-to-one test result was 3.70 (very good),the average small group test result was an average of 3.81 (very good). From these results, it can be concluded that the orientation and mobility Podcast media for blind people is said to be good and can be used in the learning process.
