Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Proactive Personality dan Supportive Supervision terhadap Proactive Work Behaviour pada petugas rehabilitasi pecandu di lembaga pemasyarakatan narkotika baik secara langsung ataupun melalui mediasi variable lain yaitu Role Breadth Self Efficacy dan Change Orientation sehingga menemukan kerangka konseptual dan empirik perilaku kerja proaktif di lembaga pemasyarakatan narkotika di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang dilakukan terhadap petugas rehabilitasi pada Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Narkotika. Hipotesis empirik diuji dengan memakai Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang memakai Software AMOS 2.2. Pengujian hipotesis ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan data empirik yang diperoleh dari hasil jawaban kuesioner dari 272 pegawai dengan jumlah populasi 1554 orang pada 19 Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Narkotika di Indonesia. Penentuan sampel penelitian mempergunakan teknik proportional purposive sampling yaitu perolehan sampel mempergunakan kriteria tertentu. Sampel pegawai dengan kriteria memiliki tugas pokok dan fungsi pekerjaan yang berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan program rehabilitasi, terlibat langsung dalam kegiatan rehabilitasi, dan telah mendapatkan pendidikan dan pelatihan sebagai konselor rehabilitasi. Hasil uji kesesuaian model struktural menunjukkan model struktural sudah dapat diterima. Hasil penelitian ini menambah keterbatasan literature dan memberikan bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh Proactive Personality dan Supportive Supervision terhadap Proactive Work Behaviour baik secara langsung maupun melalui mediasi variable lain yaitu Role Breadth Self Efficacy dan Change Orientation. Dari hasil penelitian ini ditemukan novelty adanya dampak positif dan signifikan dari 4 variabel sekaligus, yaitu variabel Proactive Personality, Supportive Supervision, Role Breadth Self-Efficacy, dan Change Orientation kepada Proactive Work Behaviour. Kata Kunci: Proactive Personality, Supportive Supervision, Proactive Work Behaviour, Role Breadth Self Efficacy, Change Orientation. ******* This study was conducted to analyze the effect of Proactive Personality and Supportive Supervision on Proactive Work Behavior on addicts rehabilitation officers in narcotics prisons either directly or through the mediation of other variables, namely Role Breadth Self Efficacy and Change Orientation so can find the conceptual and empiric framework proactive work behaviour at Indonesian Narcotics Correctional Institution . This research is a quantitative descriptive study conducted on rehabilitation officers at the Narcotics Correctional Institution. The empirical hypothesis was tested using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS 2.2 software. This hypothesis testing was carried out using empirical data obtained from the results of questionnaire answers from 272 employees with a total population of 1554 people at 19 Narcotics Correctional Institutions in Indonesia. Determination of research samples using proportional purposive sampling technique, namely the acquisition of samples using certain criteria. The sample of employees with the criteria of having main duties and work functions related to the implementation of the rehabilitation program, was directly involved in rehabilitation activities, and had received education and training as a rehabilitation counselor. The results of the structural model suitability test showed that the structural model was acceptable. The results of this study add to the limitations of the literature and provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of Proactive Personality and Supportive Supervision on Proactive Work Behavior either directly or through the mediation of other variables, namely Role Breadth Self Efficacy and Change Orientation. From the results of this study, it was found that novelty had a positive and significant impact on 4 variables at once, namely the variable Proactive Personality, Supportive Supervision, Role Breadth Self-Efficacy, and Change Orientation to Proactive Work Behavior.
