Abstract
Pelatihan Sertifikasi Hakim Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak (SPPA) merupakan salah satu pelatihan dengan skala nasional yang diselenggarakan oleh Pusdiklat Teknis Peradilan Mahkamah Agung RI. Pelatihan ini ditujukan untuk para hakim anak pada lingkungan peradilan umum di seluruh Indonesia dan dilaksanakan dengan metode blended learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan peserta dan persepsi peserta terhadap penyelenggaraan pelatihan. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman peserta terhadap materi pelatihan yang diselenggarakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode evaluatif dan model evaluasi Kirkpatrick level 1 dan level 2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Peserta menunjukkan reaksi kepuasan mereka terhadap pelatihan yang diselenggarakan meliputi pada komponen kurikulum, widyaiswara, jadwal pelatihan, serta sarana dan prasarana secara positif. (2) Peserta mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini, dilihat dari hasil pre test dan nilai akhir yang didapatkan oleh peserta telah mengalami peningkatan dan seluruh peserta dinyatakan lulus. ***** The Juvenile Criminal Justice System Judge Certification Training is one of the national-scale training organized by the Pusdiklat Teknis Peradilan Mahkamah Agung RI. This training is intended for juvenile judges in general courts throughout Indonesia and is carried out using the blended learning method. This study aims to determine the satisfaction of participants and participants' perceptions of the implementation of the training. In addition, this study also aims to determine the level of participants' understanding of the training materials held. This study uses a qualitative approach with evaluative methods and Kirkpatrick level 1 and level 2 evaluation models. The results show: (1) Participants showed their reaction to the satisfaction of the training held including the curriculum components, widyaiswara, training schedule, as well as facilities and infrastructure in a positive manner. (2) Participants experienced an increase in knowledge after participating in this training, seen from the results of the pre-test and the final score obtained by the participants had increased and all participants passed.
