Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Religiusitas, Pendapatan dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Minat Muzakki Membayar Zakat (Studi Kasus Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Kanwil Kemenag Provinsi DKI Jakarta). Penelitian ini meggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik penentuan sampel yaitu simple random sampling. Responden yang digunakan sebanyak 123 responden pegawai negeri sipil di Kanwil Kemenag DKI Jakarta. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu melalui penyebaran kuesioner Google Form dan data sekunder berupa data urut kepangkatan dari Kanwil Kemenag Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, uji statistik dan analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil uji parsial religiusitas berpengaruh positif terhadap minat membayar zakat, pendapatan tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap minat membayar zakat, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap minat membayar zakat, dan religiusitas, pendapatan dan kualitas pelayanan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif terhadap minat membayar zakat. ***** This study aims to analyze the influence of religiosity, income and service quality on Muzakki's interest in paying zakat (Case Study of Civil Servants at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion, DKI Jakarta Province). This study uses a quantitative method with a sampling technique that is simple random sampling. The respondents used were 123 civil servant respondents at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion DKI Jakarta. The data collection used is through the distribution of Google Form questionnaires and secondary data in the form of rank order data from the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of DKI Jakarta Province. The data analysis technique used classical assumption test, statistical test and multiple regression analysis. Based on the results of the partial test, religiosity has a positive effect on interest in paying zakat, income does not have a positive effect on interest in paying zakat, service quality has a positive effect on interest in paying zakat, and religiosity, income and service quality together have a positive effect on interest in paying zakat.
