Abstract

EVALUASI IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER DI SEKOLAH DASAR ISLAM AL-AZHAR KELAPA GADING JAKARTA UTARA JUMADI ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan, mengungkap fakta, memperoleh temuan empiris dan menghasilkan rekomendasi berupa Pedoman Implementasi Program Pendidikan Karakter di Sekolah Dasar Islam Al-Azhar Kelapa Gading Jakarta Utara yang difokuskan pada konteks, masukan, proses, dan hasil. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh SD Islam Al-Azhar Kelapa Gading Jakarta Utara dalam implementasi Program Pendidikan Karakter adalah masih belum optimal fungsi supervisi, monitoring dan evaluasi sebagai pengendali mutu dan belum maksimal antara program dan proses dengan realisasi di lapangan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, dan Product). Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan telaah dokumen. Informan penelitian adalah Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah, Pendidik/Guru, Tenaga Kependidikan, Peserta Didik, dan Ketua Komite Sekolah. Wawancara dilakukan kepada kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, perwakilan guru, dan ketua komite sekolah. Waktu penelitian dari bulan Januari – Juni 2019. Uji keabsahan kualitas data dilakukan melalui triangulasi data, sumber, metode dan waktu. Hasil penelitian evaluasi konteks yang mencakup visi dan misi, program, tujuan program dibandingkan dengan kriteria yang ditetapkan menunjukkan hasil amat baik, untuk evaluasi masukan yang mencakup strategi program, desain program, rencana program pendidikan karakter, dan kesiapan sumber daya dibandingkan dengan kriteria evaluasi yang digunakan menunjukkan hasil amat baik, untuk evaluasi proses yang mencakup pelaksanaan program pendidikan karakter dibandingkan dengan kriteria evaluasi yang digunakan sudah berjalan dengan amat baik, demikian juga untuk evaluasi hasil yang mencakup hasil capaian dan dampak capaian program dibandingkan dengan kriteria evaluasi yang digunakan juga menunjukkan hasil amat baik. Dari hasil evaluasi secara keseluruhan, maka program dapat dilanjutkan karena pelaksanaan program menunjukkan bahwa seluruh aspek sudah berjalan sesuai tujuan dan harapan serta memberikan hasil dan manfaat, bahkan program perlu disebarkan di tempat lain karena program tersebut sudah berhasil dengan amat baik. Kata kunci: evaluasi, implementasi, program, pendidikan karakter, dan CIPP. ******** THE EVALUATION OF CHARACTER EDUCATION PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION IN AL-AZHAR ISLAMIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL KELAPA GADING JAKARTA UTARA JUMADI ABSTRACT This study aims to explain, uncover facts, obtain empirical findings and recommendations in the form of guidelines for the Implementation of the Character Education Program at Al-Azhar Islamic Elementary School Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta which includes context, input, process, and results. The problem faced by Al-Azhar Islamic Elementary School Kelapa Gading North Jakarta in implementing the Character Education Program is that there are the function of supervision, monitoring and evaluation as quality control is not optimal and the program and process are not optimal. realization in the field. The research uses an approach approach through the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, and Product). Collecting data using interview, observation, and document review. The research informants were the Principal, Deputy Principal, Educators/Teachers, Education Personnel, Students, and Head of School Committees. Interviews were conducted with the principal, vice principal, teacher representatives, and the head of the school committee. The research time was from January – June 2019. The validity of the data quality was tested through triangulation of data, sources, methods and time. The results of the context research that include the vision and mission, programs, program objectives compared to the established criteria show good results, for evaluations that include program strategies, program designs, character education program plans, and resource readiness compared to the evaluation used the results are very good, for the evaluation that includes the implementation of the character education program compared to the evaluation used goes well, as well as for the evaluation of the results which includes the results of the achievements and impacts of the achievements compared to the evaluation used shows good results. . From the overall evaluation results, the program can be continued because the implementation of the program shows that all aspects are running according to the goals and expectations and provide results and benefits, even the program needs to be spread elsewhere because the program has been successful.
