Abstract

PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER (Studi Kualitatif Etnografi di SD Laboratorium PGSd-FIP-UNJ) Aningsih Pendidikan Dasar Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui proses pembelajaran pendidikan karakter di SD Laboratorium PGSD-FIP-UNJ. Metode penelitian adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi. Subjek penelitian yakni siswa, guru, dan tenaga administrasi. Hasil penelitian adalah: Pertama, tujuan pendidikan karakter diarahkan untuk mencapai visi, misi, dan tujuan sekolah. Kedua, peran guru yakni memberikan keteladanan, mengembangkan kemampuan 4C, membentuk relasi yang baik bagi seluruh komunitas sekolah, dan menghargai keunikan individu. Peran tenaga administrasi yaitu menunjukkan kinerja positif dan memberikan teladan. Peran siswa yaitu sebagai agen sosialisasi dan menjadi model bagi siswa lain. Ketiga, nilai karakter yang dikembangkan yaitu religius, disiplin, tanggung jawab, peduli sosial dan lingkungan, menghargai keberagaman, dan mandiri, dan percaya diri. Keempat, strategi pembelajaran meliputi keteladanan, integrasi dalam pembelajaran, pembiasaan, pengkondisian lingkungan, penguatan, integrasi melalui ekstrakurikuler, melalui cerita, bimbingan dan arahan, dan pembelajaran khusus bagi siswa ABK. Kelima, evaluasi dilakukan dengan pengamatan, angket, penilaian diri, penilaian antar teman, sharing session, dan tes lisan. Keenam, faktor pendukung dan penghambat berasal dari guru, siswa, dan orang tua. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran pendidikan karakter di SD Laboratorium PGSD-FIP-UNJ dapat dijadikan model pembelajaran untuk sekolah dasar-sekolah dasar yang lain. Kata kunci: pembelajaran, pendidikan karakter, sekolah dasar ******** Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the learning process of character education in SD Laboratorium PGSD-FIP-UNJ. The research method is qualitative with an ethnographic approach. The research subjects were students, teachers, and administrative staff. The results of the study are: First, the purpose of character education is directed at achieving the school's vision, mission, and goals. Second, the teacher's role is to set an example, develop 4C skills, form good relationships for the entire school community, and respect individual uniqueness. The role of administrative staff is to show positive performance and set a good example. The role of students is as an agent of socialization and a model for other students. Third, the character values developed are religious, disciplined, responsible, social and environmental care, respecting diversity, and being independent. Fourth, learning strategies include exemplary, integration in learning, habituation, environmental conditioning, reinforcement, integration through extracurricular activities, through stories, guidance and direction, and special learning for ABK students. Fifth, evaluation is done by observation, questionnaire, self-assessment, peer assessment, sociometry, sharing session, and oral test. Sixth, the supporting and inhibiting factors come from teachers, students, and parents. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that learning character education in SD Laboratorium PGSD-FIP-UNJ can be used as a learning model for other elementary schools.
