Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan pelatihan ini menghasilkan kurikulum pelatihan dan modul pelatihan menyusun buku ajar digital untuk guru sekolah dasar. Dalam mengembangkan pelatihanan ini, peneliti menggunakan Model Pengembangan Instruksional (MPI). Model ini terdiri dari delapan tahapan, yaitu; (1) Mengidentifikasi kebutuhan instruksional dan menulis tujuan instruksional umum, (2) Melakukan analisis instruksional, (3) Mengidentifikasi perilaku dan karakteristik awal peserta didik, (4) Menulis tujuan instruksional khusus, (5) Menulis tes acuan patokan, (6) Menyusun strategi instruuksional, (7) Mengembangkan bahan instruksional, dan (8) Mendesain dan melaksanakan evaluasi formatif. Evaluasi pada pengembangan pelatihan ini menggunakan evaluasi formatif dengan melibatkan ahli (expert review) dan pengguna (one to one dan small group). Evaluasi tersebut melibatkan 1 ahli desain instruksional, 1 ahli materi, 1 ahli media, 3 pengguna pada evaluasi one to one dan 9 pengguna pada evaluasi small group. Hasil uji kurikulum pelatihan hanya sampai uji expert ahli dan mendapat saran serta masukan untuk perbaikan. Hasil uji coba modul pelatihan kepada ahli menyatakan produk modul pelatihan sudah baik dan sesuai dengan beberapa perbaikan agar lebih mudah digunakan dan dipahami. Hasil uji coba modul pelatihan juga dilakukan kepada pengguna dan mendapatkan skor rata-rata 90. ***** This training development research resulted in a training curriculum and training modules for compiling digital textbooks for elementary school teachers. In developing this training, researchers used the Instructional Development Model (MPI). This model consists of eight stages, namely; (1) instructional needs instruction and writing general instructional objectives, (2) conducting instructional analysis, (3) behavior and initial characteristics of learners, (4) writing specific instructional objectives, (5) writing benchmark reference tests, (6) strategy expectations instructional, (7) improving instructional materials, and (8) Designing and carrying out formative evaluations. Evaluation on the development of this training uses formative evaluation involving experts (expert review) and users (one to one and small group). The evaluation involved 1 instructional design expert, 1 material expert, 1 media expert, 3 users on one-to-one evaluation and 9 users on small group evaluation. The results of the training curriculum test are only to be tested by experts and get suggestions and input for improvement. The results of testing the training module to experts stated that the training module product was good and in accordance with several improvements to make it easier to use and reach. The results of the training module trials were also carried out to users and got an average score of 90.
