Abstract
Dalam proses belajar minat adalah hal utama yang harus dimiliki setiap individu, tanpa adanya minat maka siswa tidak dapat mengikuti pembelajaran dengan baik dan juga mempengaruhi prestasi belajar siswa selain itu adanya minat belajar merupakan bentuk tanggung jawab siswa sebagai pelajar sehingga tujuan pembelajaran dapat tercapai dan meningkatkan pendidikan bangsa. Pentingnya minat belajar dalam bidang Seni Tari karena kesenian adalah warisan budaya yang perlu dilestarikan dan dikembangkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat belajar Seni Tari pada siswa laki laki kelas VIIF di sekolah SMPN 134 Jakarta melalui penerapan model pembelajaran motivasi ARCS (Attention, Relevance, Confidence, Satisfaction). Adapun langkah pembelajaran yang akan diterapkan yaitu membangun perhatian siswa, menghubungkan manfaat pembelajaran dengan aktivitas siswa, membangun percaya diri serta membangun rasa puas belajar.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan model Kurt Lewin, menggunakan analisis data kualitatif deskriptif dan analisis kuantitatif statistic. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian dilakukan sebanyak II siklus kepada 17 siswa laki laki. Hasil penelitian menunjukan tertjadi peningkatan minat belajar dengan perolehan nilai prasiklus 70,00% siklus I 76,94% dan siklus II 85,82%. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya dapat menerapkan model pembelajaran lain dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa laki laki sehingga pembelajaran lebih menarik dan menyengkan. Besides that, interest in learning is a form of student responsibility so that learning objectives can be achieved and improve education. nation. The importance of learning interest in the field of dance because art is a cultural heritage that needs to be preserved and developed. This study aims to increase interest in learning dance in male students in class VIIF at SMPN 134 Jakarta through the application of the ARCS (Attention, Relevance, Confidence, Satisfaction) motivational learning model. The learning steps that will be applied are building student attention, connecting the benefits of learning with student activities, building self-confidence and building a sense of learning satisfaction.This study uses classroom action research (CAR) with Kurt Lewin's model, using descriptive qualitative data analysis and statistical quantitative analysis. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The research was conducted in two cycles to 17 male students. The results showed that there was an increase in interest in learning with the acquisition of pre-cycle scores of 70.00% in the first cycle of 76.94% and the second cycle of 85.82%. For further research, other learning models can be applied in increasing male student interest in learning so that learning is more interesting and fun.
