Abstract

BUSINESS MODEL CANVAS WEDDING ORGANIZER (STUDI KASUS START-UP BUSINESS WO MAHASISWA UNJ) Trianisa Intan Ramadhani Pendidikan Tata Rias, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Jakarta Jl. Pulo Gadung, Kota Jakarta Timur, Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta 13220 E-mail : trianisants@gmail.com Abstrak Pernikahan merupakan sebuah momen penting dalam hidup seseorang, karena pernikahan dianggap sakral oleh masyarakat. Namun dalam perencanaan pernikahan merupakan hal yang tidak mudah. Untuk itu, jasa wedding organizer saat ini berkembang dengan cepat. Program Studi Pendidikan Tata Rias UNJ melahirkan SDM berkualitas setiap tahunnya. Maka dari itu, Pendidikan Tata Rias membuat wedding organizer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat business model canvas (BMC) Start-up Business Wedding Organizer UNJ. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang digunakan untuk analisis SWOT dan analisis QFD. Analisis SWOT berkonsentrasi pada kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman suatu perusahaan. Prosedur pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tinjauan pustaka dan observasi dokumen pendukung. Hasilnya peneliti menemukan titik kelemahan dan kekuatan yang dimiliki, serta menemukan ancaman dan peluang yang akan dihadapi. Poin-poin ini dirumuskan menjadi strategi-strategi yang dapat diambil dalam menjalankan start-up business wedding organizer ini. Di sisi lain, peneliti menemukan customer needs, yaitu kebutuhan dan keinginan calon pengantin untuk menyelenggarakan pernikahannya. Kata kunci : business model canvas, analisis SWOT, wedding organizer Business Model Canvas Wedding Organizer (Study Case of Start-up Business UNJ Student) Abstract Wedding is the most important thing to somebody's life, because society considered it as a sacred moment. But, planning a wedding is not easy. Therefore, wedding organizers develop rapidly. Education of Cosmetology UNJ creates qualified human resources every year, therefore Education of Cosmetology desires to create a wedding organizer. This research aims to make a wedding organizer start-up model business in Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This study uses qualitative methods that are used to analyze situation using SWOT analysis and QFD analysis. SWOT analysis concentrates to a business’ strength,weakness, opportunity, and threat The procedure of the data collection uses the technique of literature review and supportive documents observation as the result, researcher found out this business’ weaknesses and strengths has, and this business’ opportunities and threats to be faced. These points are formulated into strategies to run this start-up business.in the other hands,researcher also found customer needs, which are bride-to-bes’ wishes and needs to hdld their wedding ceremony and reception.
