Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pemenuhan standar pendidik di lingkungan Setukpa, dalam upaya penyediaan pendidik sesuai kompetensi yang ditetapkan. Deskripsi tersebut disusun berdasarkan temuan hasil evaluasi terhadap pemenuhan standar pendidik. Lokasi penelitian ini di pembentukan Perwira Polri yang bersumber dari anggota Polri Hasil dari penelitian evaluasi implementasi pemenuhan standar pendidik sekolah pembentukan perwira Polri yakni: 1) Dalam bagian conteks adalah landasan program meliputi latar belakang kebijakan seperti Undang-undang, peraturan-peraturan, panduan, tujuan dan sasaran tentang evaluasi implementasi pemenuhan standar pendidik Setukpa Polri. 2) Dalam bagian input meliputi sumberdaya yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan program seperti tenaga pendidik, sistem, sarana dan prasarana, pembiayaan, lingkungan. Pendidik dalam batasan pemenuhan administrasi untuk sertifikasi, akan berdampak pada kompetensi yang dimiliki gadik sehingga tidak sesuai dengan standar pendidik. Belum adanya sistem yang mengatur secara keseluruhan dan berkesinambungan untuk menjadikan sistem secara utuh. Dalam hal sarana dan prasarana hanya 80% yang terpenuhi untuk mencapai standar proses pembelajaran, sedangkan yang 20% terdapat pada kekurangan di bidang IT dalam masa pandemik saat ini. 3) Process, pelaksanaan program implementasi pemenuhan standar pendidik yang meliputi proses seleksi, pembekalan, penempatan, pengembagan kompetensi, pemantauan dan penilaian. Dalam hal tahap seleksi para gadik semua berdasarkan atas Surat Perintah Kasetukpa bukan berdasarkan kompetensi atau prestasi seorang gadik. Hal ini berdampak pada terhadap motivasi dan keterlibatan pendidik dalam pemenuhan standar rendah. Selain itu evaluasi tidak dijakdikan dasar dalam penempatan pendidik karena dalam ini untuk memenuhi pemenuhan standar pendidik bersertifikasi melalui proses Latkatpuan Gadik yang hanya dilakukan beberapa hari. 4) Output merupakan hasil pencapaian program evaluasi implementasi pemenuhan standar pendidik yang meliputi terpenuhinya layanan pendidikan dan tercapainya pengembangan pendidik dalam pemenuhan standar pendidik. Sehingga dapat dikatakan belum terpenuhinya layanan yang layak untuk standar pemenuhan gadik di Setukpa dikarenakan sertifikasi berlaku untuk lingkungan Polri yang tidak berorientasi pada standar pendidik yang berdasarkan pada kemampuan dan keterampilan. Sehingga pengembangan gadik belum mampu sesuai dengan landasan dan kriteria yang dibutuhkan. Hal ini berdampak belum berhasilnya Setukpa melakukan pemenuhan standar pendidik, dikarenakan terdapatnya kesenjangan Input dengan kriteria yang ditetapkan sangat tinggi. Kata Kunci: Pemenuhan standar pendidik, Pendidikan Sekolah pembentukan perwira, Polri *********** This study aims to describe the fulfillment of educator standards in the Setukpa environment, in an effort to provide educators according to the specified competencies. The description is prepared based on the findings of the evaluation of the fulfillment of educator standards. The location of this research is the formation of Polri officers who are sourced from members of the National Police . and targets for evaluating the implementation of the National Police Setukpa educator standards. 2) input includes resources used in program implementation such as educators, systems, facilities and infrastructure, financing, and the environment. Educators within the limits of administrative compliance for certification, will have an impact on the competencies possessed by girls so that they are not in accordance with educator standards. There is no system that regulates as a whole and is sustainable to make the system as a whole. In terms of facilities and infrastructure, only 80% are met to achieve the standard of the learning process, while 20% is in the IT shortage during the current pandemic. 3) Process, the implementation of the implementation program for the fulfillment of educator standards which includes the selection process, debriefing, placement, competency development, monitoring and assessment. In terms of the selection stage for the girls, all of them are based on the Kasetukpa Order, not based on the competence or achievements of a girl. This has an impact on the motivation and involvement of educators in meeting low standards. In addition, evaluation is not used as a basis for the placement of educators because in this case it is to meet the standards of certified educators through the Latkatpuan Gadik process which only takes a few days. 4) The output is the result of the achievement of the evaluation program for the implementation of the fulfillment of educator standards which includes the fulfillment of educational services and the achievement of educator development in meeting the standards of educators. So that it can be said that the proper service for the fulfillment of girl standards in Setukpa has not been fulfilled because the certification applies to the Polri environment which is not oriented to educator standards based on abilities and skills. So that the development of girls has not been able to comply with the required foundation and criteria. This has an impact that Setukpa has not been successful in fulfilling the standards of educators, due to the existence of an input gap with the criteria set very high.
