Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara komunikasi organisasi dengan budaya kerja SMA negeri di kecamatan matraman jakarta timur. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan dua variabel, yaitu lingkungan kerja (X) sebagai variabel bebas dan kepuasan kerja (Y) sebagai variabel terikat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan studi korelasional. Sampel penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 77 orang guru. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Dari hasil analisis data diperoleh hasil koefisien korelasi product moment dengan nilai rxy sebesar 0,4955 serta hasil pengujian hipotesis uji-t diperoleh nilai thitung = 4,940 > ttabel = 1,665. Dengan demikian, dapat dikatakan bahwa H0 ditolak dan terima Ha Dari koefisien determinasi, Komunikasi organisasi memberikan kontribusi sebesar 24,55% terhadap budaya kerja guru SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Matraman Jakarta Timur. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara komunikasi organisasi dengan budaya kerja, hal ini berarti semakin baik komunikasi organisasi di sekolah maka semakin tinggi budaya kerja guru SMA Negeri Di Kecamatan Matraman Jakarta Timur. ***** This study aims to determine the relationship between organizational communication and the work culture of public high schools in the Matraman sub-district, East Jakarta. The approach used is quantitative research with two variables, namely the work environment (X) as the independent variable and job satisfaction (Y) as the dependent variable. The research method used is a survey method with a correlational study. The sample of this research is as many as 77 teachers. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling using the Slovin formula and data collection using a questionnaire. From the results of data analysis, the results of the product moment correlation coefficient with an rxy value of 0.4955 and the results of testing the t-test hypothesis obtained the value of tcount = 4.940 > ttable = 1.665. Thus, it can be said that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the coefficient of determination, organizational communication contributes 24.55% to the work culture of State Senior High School teachers in Matraman District, East Jakarta. The results of the study can be concluded that there is a relationship between organizational communication and work culture, this means that the better organizational communication in schools, the higher the work culture of State Senior High School teachers in Matraman District, East Jakarta.
