Abstract
Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal (SPMI) dipandang sebagai salah satu cara untuk menjawab berbagai permasalahan dan tantangan perguruan tinggi di Indonesia, dimana perguruan tinggi dikatakan bermutu apabila mampu menetapkan dan mewujudkan visinya melalui pelaksanaan misinya, serta mampu memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat, dunia kerja, dan professional, namun masih banyak penyelengara pendidikan kebidanan lebih mementingkan akreditasi dibanding SPMI. Tujuan Penelitian untuk merumuskan strategi pelaksanaan SPMI standar pengelolaan pembelajaran melalui evaluasi PPEPP dan membuktikan perbedaan pelaksanaan standar pembelajaran dalam SPMI di program studi kebidanan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode campuran (mixed method) dengan desain sequential exploratory design, dimana metode kuantitatif dimanfaatkan untuk menguji secara luas penemuan yang dihasilkan dari metode kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dan analisis data dilakukan dengan dua tahap, tahap pertama mengunakan metode kualitatif dan tahap kedua mengunakan metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian didapatkan pelaksanaan SPMI standar pengelolaan pembelajaran di program studi kebidanan, dilihat dari evaluasi PPEPP belum dilaksanakan secara maksimal, dan terdokumentasi, serta dibuktikan ada perbedaan pelaksanaan standar pengelolaan pembelajaran dalam SPMI di program studi kebidanan, hal ini dikarenakan dalam pelaksanaan SPMI adanya, kendala dalam komitmen dan kompetensi pimpinan, paradigma, sikap moral, dan organisasi, sehingga direkomendasikan pada ketua program studi kebidanan untuk meningkatkan komitmen dan kompetensi dalam pelaksanaan SPMI standar pengelolaan pembelajaran dengan membentuk team yang solid. ***** The Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) is seen as one way to answer various problems and challenges of higher education in Indonesia, where universities are said to be of quality if they are able to establish and realize their vision through the implementation of their mission, and arable to meet the needs of the community, the world of work, and professionals. however, there are still many midwifery education providers who are more concerned with accreditation than SPMI. The research objective is to formulate a strategy for implementing SPMI learning management standards through PPEPP evaluations and to prove the differences in the implementation of learning standards in SPMI in midwifery study programs. The research method used is a mixed method (mixed method) with a sequential exploratory design, where quantitative methods are used to broadly examine the findings resulting from qualitative methods. Data collection and data analysis were carried out in two stages, the first stage using qualitative methods and the second using quantitative methods. The results showed that the implementation of SPMI learning management standards in the midwifery study program, seen from the evaluation of PPEPP has not been carried out optimally, and is documented, and it is proven that there are differences in the implementation of learning management standards in SPMI in the midwifery study program, this is because in the implementation of SPMI there are obstacles in leadership commitment and competence, paradigm, moral attitude, and organization, so it is recommended to the head of the midwifery study program to increase commitment and competence in implementing SPMI learning management standards by forming a solid team.
