Abstract

Dengan masuknya Covid-19 ke Indonesia pemerintah menerapkan kebijakan PSBB yang berdampak terhadap perubahan Pembelajaran Tatap Muka atau PTM menjadi Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh atau PJJ. Dalam melaksanakan PJJ dibutuhkan media pembelajaran dan platform yang digunakan untuk menyampaikan media pembelajaran selama PJJ berlangsung. UNJ sebagai lembaga pendidikan juga menerapkan PJJ dengan menggunakan beberapa platform yang berbeda-beda diantaranya yaitu, Zoom Meeting, Microsoft Teams, dan LMS UNJ. Sehingga diperlukan pengukuran efektivitas terhadap masing-masing platform yang digunakan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas dari penggunaan platform Zoom Meeting, Microsoft Teams, dan LMS UNJ yang digunakan untuk menyampaikan media pembelajaran selama PJJ berlangsung di Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan berjenis Kuantitatif Survey. Dengan teknik Simple Random Sampling dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin dan didapatkan minimal sampel berjumlah 73 Mahasiswa/i. Pengukuran efektivitas dilakukan dengan menggunakan Metode QAIT Model. Indikator-Indikator pada QAIT Model dimasukkan ke dalam Instrumen Penelitian dan instrumen tersebut menggunakan pengukuran Skala Likert. Sebelum disebarluaskan, instrumen penelitian diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Data yang didapatkan kemudian diolah menggunakan Rumus Derajat Pencapaian dan kemudian data dideskripsikan menggunakan Statistik Deskriptif. Dan hasil penelitian secara keseluruhan menunjukkan Derajat Pencapaian dari platform Zoom Meeting: 73,45%. Lalu platform Microsoft Teams: 77,80%, dan platform LMS UNJ: 73,15% *********** With the entry of Covid-19 into Indonesia, the government implemented a PSBB policy which had an impact on changing Face-to-Face Learning or PTM to Distance Learning or PJJ. In implementing PJJ, learning media and platforms are needed to deliver learning media during PJJ. UNJ as an educational institution also implements PJJ using several platforms including Zoom Meeting, Microsoft Teams, and LMS UNJ. So, it is necessary to measure the effectiveness of each platform used. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of using platform , Microsoft Teams, and LMS UNJ to deliver learning media during PJJ at Jakarta State University. The research method used is a Quantitative Survey type. With the Simple Random Sampling technique and sampling using the Slovin formula and obtained a minimum sample of 73 students. Measurement of effectiveness is carried out using the QAIT Model Method. The indicators in the QAIT Model are included in the Research Instrument and the instrument uses a Likert Scale measurement. Prior to dissemination, research instruments were tested for validity and reliability. The data obtained is then processed using the Degree of Achievement Formula and then the data is described using Descriptive Statistics. And the overall research results show the Degree of Achievement from the platform : 73.45%. Then platform Microsoft Teams: 77,80%, and platform UNJ LMS: 73,15%
