Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan produk pembelajaran berupa media pembelajaran bar tools and equipment pada mata kuliah Bartending dengan mengunakan software articulate storyline. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan prosedur pengembangan model ADDIE. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan April sampai dengan Oktober 2022. Media pembelajaran yang dikembangakan divalidasi oleh dua validator. Penilaian ahli materi memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 3,80 dan penilaian ahli media memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 4. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai uji validasi dari ahli media dan materi dapat dinyatakan sangat valid. Sementara dari uji coba yang dilakukan kepada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Kesejahteraan Keluarga Konsentrasi Akomodasi Perhotelan angkatan 2019 mendapatkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 3,82 pada uji perorangan (one to one) dan 3,75 pada uji kelompok terbatas (small group). Berdasarkan hasil dari validasi dan uji coba yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran bar tools and equipment berbasis articulate storyline layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran Bartending. This study aims to develop learning products in the form of learning media bar tools and equipment in bartending courses using software articulate storyline. This type of research is research and development (R&D) using ADDIE model development procedures. This study was conducted from April to October 2022. The developed learning media is validated by two validators. The material expert's assessment obtained an average score of 3.80 and the media expert's assessment obtained an average value of 4. This result shows that the validation test values of media and material experts can be declared very valid. Meanwhile, from the trial conducted to students of the Family Welfare Education Study Program, the concentration of hospitality accommodation class of 2019 got an average value of 3.82 on the individual test (one to one) and 3.75 on the limited group test (small group). Based on the results of validation and trials that have been done, it can be concluded that the use of learning media bar tools and equipment based on articulate storyline is feasible to use as a learning media bartending.
