Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau sejauh mana pengaruh pengalaman aktivitas luar kelas (outdoor activity) dalam menumbuhkan keterampilan kolaborasi pada anak. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan data berupa sikap dan perilaku anak yang sesuai dengan indikator keterampilan kolaborasi yaitu, bekerja sama, kepemimpinan, nilai empati, bertanggung jawab, keterampilan komunikasi, dan berperan aktif. Pendekatan dan jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode pre eksperimental one shot case studi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan siswa siswi SDN Tegal Alur 11 Pagi Cengkareng sebagai subyek penelitian yang berjudul Pengalaman Aktivitas Luar Kelas (Outdoor Activity) Dalam Menumbuhkan Keterampilan Kolaborasi Pada Anak. Pelaksanaan penelitian dilakukan dengan menerapkan aktivitas luar kelas berupa permainan. Permainan yang dilakukan berjumlah 13 permainan yang disesuaikan dengan indikator dari keterampilan kolaborasi. Prosedur pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi serta menggunakan trianggulasih data sumber, teknik dan waktu. Pengumpulan data dengan observasi dan wawancara dilakukan dengan kepala sekolah serta guru pendamping. Hasil penelitian yang didapat menunjukan bahwa aktivitas luar kelas khususnya yang berupa permainan berpengaruh terhadap pembentukan keterampilan kolaborasi anak. Siswa siswi pun juga memberikan tanggapan dan menunjukkan sikap yang positif terhadap penerapan aktivitas luar kelas. Kata Kunci: Aktivitas luar kelas, keterampilan kolaborasi, anak, permainan This study aims to review the extent of the influence of outdoor activity experiences in fostering collaboration skills in children. This research was conducted to obtain data in the form of children's attitudes and behaviors that are in accordance with indicators of collaboration skills, namely, cooperation, leadership, empathy, responsibility, communication skills, and playing an active role. This approach and type of research is qualitative using the pre-experimental one-shot case study method. This research was conducted with students of SDN Tegal Alur 11 Pagi Cengkareng as the subject of the study entitled Outdoor Activity Experience in Fostering Collaboration Skills in Children. The implementation of the research was carried out by applying out-of-class activities in the form of games. The games performed totaled 13 games adapted to the indicators of collaboration skills. The data collection procedure uses observation, interview and documentation techniques and uses a variety of source data, techniques and time. Data collection by observation and interviews was conducted with the principal and accompanying teachers. The results of the research obtained showed that out-of-class activities, especially in the form of games, affect the formation of children's collaboration skills. Students also responded and showed a positive attitude towards the implementation of out-of-class activities. Keywords: Out-of-class activities, collaboration skills, child, games
