Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis konsep manajemen blended learning yang telah diterapkan pada Madrasah TsanawiyahUmdatur Rasikhien Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian dilakukan di MTs Umdatur Rasikhien Jakarta. Pemilihan narasumber dan informan dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sebanyak 14 narasumber dan informan terdiri dari kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, yayasan, guru, kepala tata usaha dan siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa MTs Umdatur Rasikhien memiliki manajemen blended learning yang sangat baik dan stabil. Hal ini terbukti selama pandemi Covid-19, sekolah memperkuat sistem manajemen, terutama dalam operasional TIK dan sumber daya manusia. Manajemen teknologi, dukungan yayasan dan manajemen sekolah, kesadaran di antara anggota sekolah tentang sistem blended learning dan kesiapan infrastruktur teknologi telah dikembangkan dengan sangat sistematis, meskipun penggunaan learning management system di tingkat SMP kurang familiar, namun pihak sekolah telah melakukan persiapan tersebut agar guru dapat menggunakan LMS dengan baik dan orang tua juga dapat mendukung siswa belajar di rumah. Jadi, manajemen sekolah dalam menyelenggarakan pendidikan dalam situasi apapun harus mampu memperhatikan konsep kekuatan yang dimiliki oleh sekolah dan kebutuhan saat ini. The purpose of this study is to analyze the concept of blended learning management that has been applied to madrasah Tsanawiyah Umdatur Rasikhien Jakarta. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with observation, interview and documentation techniques. The research was conducted at MTs Umdatur Rasikhien Jakarta. The selection of speakers and informants was carried out using purposive sampling techniques. A total of 14 speakers and informants consisted of principals, vice principals, foundations, teachers, administrative heads and students. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis in this study used source triangulation. The results of the study concluded that MTs Umdatur Rasikhien has excellent and stable blended learning management. This is evident during the Covid-19 pandemic, schools are strengthening management systems, especially in ICT operations and human resources. Technology management, foundation support and school management, awareness among school members about blended learning systems and the readiness of technological infrastructure have been developed very systematically, although the use of learning management systems at the junior high school level is not familiar, but the school has made these preparations so that teachers can use the LMS well and parents can also support students learning at home. So, school management in organizing education in any situation must be able to pay attention to the concept of the strengths possessed by the school and current needs.
