Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui daya dukung pariwisata dan kepuasan wisatawan di Taman Margasatwa Ragunan Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan survei, indikator ini diambil berdasarkan survei hasil daya tarik. Indikator yang diteliti yaitu (1) daya dukung fisik, (2) daya dukung ekologis, (3) atraksi, (4) aksesibilitas, (5) amenitas, (6) ancilary service. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, 9,43% wisatawan merasa sangat puas, 40,81% wisatawan merasa puas, 27,25% wisatawan merasa cukup, 18,82% wisatawan merasa tidak puas, 3,65% wisatawan merasa sangat tidak puas. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan daya dukung pariwisata Taman Margasatwa Ragunan. Kunjungan pada saat weekday belum melebihi daya dukung, pada saat weekend Taman Margasatwa Ragunan melebihi daya dukung, dan pada saat high season daya dukung Taman Margasatwa Ragunan sudah mengalami over carrying capacity dimana jumlah wisatawan meningkat signifikan. Artinya daya dukung pariwisata dalam satu minggu tidaklah sama, daya dukung pada saat weekday belum melebihi daya dukungnya sehingga baik secara fisik maupun secara ekologis masih tidak melebihi kapasitasnya. Berbeda dengan kondisi saat weekend dan hari libur nasional daya dukung pariwisata Taman Margasatwa Ragunan melebihi dari batas daya dukungnya, hal tersebut akan berdampak pada kepuasan wisatawan yang berkunjung dan juga berdampak pada konservasi satwa serta kondisi ekologis berupa faktor pemulihan Taman Margasatwa Ragunan. The research aims to determine the supporting power of tourism and the satisfaction of tourists in Ragunan Zoo Jakarta. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with the survey approach, this indicator is taken based on a survey of the results of attraction. The indicators examined are (1) physical support capacity, (2) ecological support, (3) attractions, (4) accessibility, (5) amenities, (6) ancilary service. The results showed, 9.64% of travellers feel very satisfied, 34.66% of travellers feel satisfied, 33.06% of travellers feel enough, 19.29% of travellers feel dissatisfied, 3.33% of travellers feel very dissatisfied. Based on the calculation of tourism support Ragunan Zoo. The visit during the weekday has not exceeded the carrying capacity, at the time of the weekend Ragunan Zoo exceeds the support, and at the time of high season the capacity of Ragunan Zoo already experienced over carrying capacity where the number of tourists increased Significant. This means that the support of tourism in one week is not the same, the carrying capacity at the time of weekday has not exceeded its supporting power so both physically and ecologically still do not exceed its capacity. Unlike the conditions on weekends and national holidays The tourism support Ragunan Zoo exceeds the limits of its power, it will impact the satisfaction of visiting tourists and also impact on animal conservation and ecological conditions in the form of Ragunan Zoo.
