Abstract
Penelitian Ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan Informasi mengenai peran Servant Leadership, Kompensasi, dan pengembangan Profesi dalam menguji Kinerja Guru SD Negeri di Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survei dengan teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menjawab hipotesis yang disebut teknik Structural Equation Modeling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 745 responden, dan sampel sebanyak 261 responden dipilih secara random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan pengisian kuesioner. Berdasarkan analisis data, ditemukan bahwa servant leadership, kompensasi, dan kinerja berperan dalam menguji kinerja guru. Pelaksanaan tugas pokok dan fungsi, tujuan utama dan tambahan, serta sikap kerja sebagai faktor yang berperan dalam kinerja guru. Empati, memenuhi kebutuhan pegawai, kesediaan membantu, memberdayakan pegawai, berperilaku etis, dan memiliki visi sebagai faktor yang berperan dalam servant leadership. Tambahan pembayaran, pekerjaan, dan lingkungan kerja sebagai faktor yang berperan dalam kompensasi. Mengikuti informasi perkembangan IPTEK yang mendukung profesi melalui kegiatan ilmiah, menulis karya ilmiah, mengembangkan berbagai model pembelajaran, membuat alat peraga/ media, mengikuti pendidikan kualifikasi, dan mengikuti kegiatan pengembangan kurikulum sebagai faktor yang berperan dalam pengembangan profesi. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh langsung servant leadership terhadap kinerja guru, (2) terdapat pengaruh langsung kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru, (3) terdapat pengaruh langsung pengembangan profesi terhadap kinerja guru, (4) Mengetahui pengaruh tidak langsung servant leadership terhadap kinerja melalui pengembangan profesi guru, (5) terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung kompensasi terhadap kinerja melalui pengembangan profesi, (6) terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung servant leadership terhadap kinerja melalui kompensasi. Pengaruh tertinggi pada Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja dengan indikator pekerjaan. Kata kunci: Servant Leadership, Kompensasi, Pengembangan Profesi, Kinerja This study aims to obtain information about the role of servant leadership, compensation, and professional development in testing performance of state elementary school teachers in West Jakarta. This research is an associative quantitative research. The research was conducted using a survey method with data analysis techniques used to answer the hypothesis called the Structural Equation Modeling technique. The population in this study were 745 respondents. The sample of 261 respondents was selected by random sampling. Data collection techniques through observation and filling out questionnaires. Based on data analysis, it was found that servant leadership, compensation, and performance play a role in testing teacher performance. Implementation of the main tasks and functions, main and additional objectives, work attitudes as factors that play a role in teacher performance. Empathy, meeting employee needs, willingness to help, empowering employees, behaving ethically, and having vision as factors that play a role in servant leadership. Additional pay, work, and work environment as factors that play a role in compensation. Following information on the development of science and technology that supports the profession through scientific activities, writing scientific papers, developing various learning models, making teaching aids/media, attending qualification education, and participating in curriculum development activities as factors that play a role in professional development. The results of the analysis conclude that, (1) there is the direct effect of servant leadership on teacher performance, (2) there is a direct effect of compensation on performance teachers, (3) there is a direct effect of professional development on teacher performance, (4) There is the indirect effect of servant leadership on performance through teacher professional development, (5) there is an indirect effect of compensation on performance through professional development, (6) there is an indirect effect of servant leadership on performance through compensation. The effect of Compensation on Teacher Performance is the highest effect. Job indicicattor is the highest indicator of compensation.
